  1. if you have it, then it will be located above the turbocharger heat shield on the rear corner of the passenger side i thought that most R32's don't have ABS and that's why its sought after. the unit itself is just a good unit, thus the 'quick response' thing... Waz.
  2. why does he need to buy a boost gauge? is he running more boost than the stock gauge shows (ie 14psi?) i can't see any reason why he can't use the stock gauge...
  3. not sure... i bought mine new and it was in the box maybe repco?
  4. i will be there, but only to watch unfortunately (due to lack of funds)
  5. i have a gfb bleed also. easy toinstall, comes with eveything you need from memory stock gauge reads fine (despite what others might say), its just herd to interpret... it reads in mmHg, and the conversion is: 760mmHG = 14.3psi so taking that into consideration, + 3.5 (or half way on the gauge) is about 7psi and +7 (or full gauge) is about 14psi hope that helps cheers, Warren. PS more info can be found in a search...
  6. also better aerodynamics...? there's 0.05 sec down the strip!
  7. here you go: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/sh...ead.php?t=15558
  8. i can highly recommend the 3" dumps sold by BATMBL on these forums. about 200ish new and made i good difference in ym R32... Waz.
  9. thanks for having us there - was good to attend and meet some people... cheers, Warren.
  10. they specialises in 300zx's and i think from memory that they used to import skylines under the old regulations so know their way around a skyline my mate with an NA 300zx goes there and is generally happy with their service spencer sounds like good bloke, but loves the sound of his own voice, and is great at making you buy more than you actually need... joe (the mechanic) is a great guy too and knows his shit... cheers, Warren.
  11. you will find that everyone will just again post a whole lot of different things! lots of people here use motul turbolight though... i use penrite hpr10 although there was a thread a while back about it damaging someone's engine (apparently) if i were you (being 17yo and probably first car) then i would go to supercheap and have a look at the different oils available. read as many labels as you can. you will find some oils recommend use in turbocharged vehicles while others specifically for old or LPG engines. i personally think that anything with a weight of around 10w40 or 10w50 is good and it has to be (at least) semi-synthetic have fun! Warren.
  12. well i am studying medicine... maybe i can be of some asistance here in the removal of such item? actually...... i have a knife here that i just made a vegemite sangga with - when do you want me over?
  13. i'll be there to say hi look out for the VIC plates!
  14. what he said you broke the law on a number of occasions. yet, you want to appeal the loss of a lisence? when you get your lisence it comes with the conditions that you abide by the laws of the road. you broke the law (on number of occasions) and you have to cop it. simple. you need your lisence for work? should have thought of that mate before you broke the law... that's the responsibility that comes with being 18+ and having a lisence. i don't mean to be harse here mate, it just sounds a little stupid. its like saying "i killed a guy, but i can't go to jail as i have work to go to in the morning, so do you think they judge will just let me off?"
  15. well it doesn't really matter what they are made of, but i think they might be out of my (small) price range masTers is going to sell me his when his car arrives, but still looking in the meantime for anything available...
  16. that's an awesome attitute to have towards the police! thanks, chris, for making life so much easier for us other (normal) import owners on the streets...
  17. will see how things go but this might be my option also...
  18. also happens to me! i have never worried about it because i never drive below 40km/h...
  19. mate, just the rear pods, are you kidding??? so no, but thanks anyway...
  20. my 2c: R33 --> S15 = upgrade R33 --> R34 = BIGGER upgrade its up to how much you can afford...
  21. definately (depending on price obviously) what colour is your car? how much would you want to sell them for? PM me if you can please cheers, Warren.
  22. as in the same turbo, same set-up, only difference was the changing to this manifold? it would make sense that some sort of manifold would flow better than the stocker... just look at the stupid stock thing...?! its like getting extractors on an NA car i suppose... has anyone tried an aftermarket manifold with the stock turbo?
  23. i'll be there.. haven't met anyone from QLD SAU after moving up from VIC... it it just SAU or is willowbank open to everyone on the night and we are just making our presence felt?
