that indicates that somewhere on the car it have a purple plate. given that is has been registered before I would say its fine. check with your local roads people though.

car is UK spec so dash is in MPH (primary) and yes the systems are in english. maps are still xeanavi / zenrin though. been talking to a few people about them.

should have the rear shelf and right side there in a couple of months. need to get some bills under control first.

test fit of the roof. perfect. I need to trim a bit more away on the corners. when I cut the old one off I left 10 mm of error there. the original factory seams line up perfectly. that means the roof will drop into place one the trim is done on the body. there are a couple of areas on the left side drip rail that I was too enthusiastic with and they will need to be re molded into place. the roof panel was lightly bent onthe right rear corner and left front corner. I would call it shipping damage myself. given it was a ex japan piece I'm not overly worried.

yes I do sell them JDM OR metra. prefer to use the JDM ones for proper fit though some see these as expensive so I do the metra one as an alternative. need to know more about your car though.

new boot panel sitting in place - easier to store it on the car that way it does not get bent. putting it back in also allows me to store the tail lights again. another shot . looks ok from the back with the GTR stuff in place. new roof panel. this has been test fitted already. fits perfectly where I cut the other one off. nah I'm using somthing different on them. I use garmin on the earlier cars. still fiddling with USB interfacing on the garmin.

good luck. you bought a brick that does not work here. now hte DVD uint you have is probably region locked as well to the USA - am I correct? the VX400A - is the local variant and it does not support the HD box as it is not required. if you are trying for DAB+ then you need a totally different unit.

what version 33? and for the fellow that's done hundreds of cars - ABN or employer please.. I can vouch for hundreds of them - been working on these cars for the past 11 yrs. if its a S2 then you have probably popped the smart entrance module and that's not a good thing.

grab a jumper pack and make sure you have decent power on th ecar. from there seek the installer.

NPS have done a few of those cars actually. I supply them with kits and I have sold them three so far. Xtrons = worry..
