  1. depends on your view of things. one if hte cars I had at the time had no kid bolts fitted, no side indicators,no fluids done and the brakes were not done. if you wnat a car like that - good for you. I do not.
  2. plenty of people doing the wrong thing.. I have seen cars that have NOTHING done to them earn a purple plate. thats fine. I tend to take a lot of photos and send them to DIT in canberra, after that the offending shop gets a rather nasty phone call I'm told.
  3. strip it! fellow does nto want to see it in the flesh. says there is too much missing to put it back together.
  4. yes and he has a S3. thats different again. it is more akin to a V36 in feel and in operation.
  5. R34 brakes - how?
  6. want to have a squiz at the car. may know someone that will take it as it sits. (I have a 32 as you know and do not need another car.)
  7. and the more pressing question in fine print : is my insurance still valid after I bypassed a safety device. (think about it.)
  8. nah I went digging after I saw you. was looking for a AC controller.
  9. whilst I SEE what you are getting at (and yes I HAVE imported a car from NZ) most do not have the ways/means to do what you stated nor are they up to speed with the current regs that seem to change daily on certain cars. if I was doing a car out of japan I would pay someone to do it for me. if I was doing one out of NZ I would fly over and do all of the leg work myself. aware of the duty change. when I did mine it was 10% and that was quite a while ago (2002 to be exact.) rohan yep I would like one of those as well with a JZGTE in it.. actually find me a altezza gita - that should be a snap to bring in
  10. also: ---------- ん目視点検・走行・その他全てにおいて実走行テストしましたが、あらゆる個所に問題は見られず走行にも全く影響はありませ。 日産での点検でも問題無く大変程度の良い車との回答を得ています。 ----- Has the repair from the tip of the frame that you are working for pay or accident rather than the intercooler 34, with and for the repair. The actual driving test to drive in all other visual inspection, where any problem at all affect the travel is not without seeing. I get answers no problem with the car in a very good level of inspection at Nissan. -----
  11. already doing it. no flared guards on mine though and its marone red with a set of clean 17" vspec wheels (scored them for a contra job off a mate....)
  12. do you need one to debug with or NEED one? if debug I have one that you can use.
  13. it has been painted.. that said it is VERY clean for its age. mine should look very close to that when done.
  14. dying actuator is the cause. specifically in the front doors.
  15. looking at that it has a coupe frontend on it.. why not a sedan front end??
  16. I found a second clock surround

  18. pair of snips/tape - done.
