  1. late 04 with CARWINGS - unsure if he's cracked that box. the later 12/05 box is different again. (I have one here currently that is giving me minor headaches.)
  2. that means you have seen my name pop up a few times if you wish to fix the TV/NAV/Radio issue - best to find someone down there that has done a few. speak to stylyn car audio (adam) in boronia. he's done a few of these cars now. (He will probably fly me down to do the car) they are NOT the car to hand to an installer that is not familiar with them. one mistake and you can do some SERIOUS damage. alarms - steer clear of the viper ones unless you want wank factor. look at Oz std's alarms such as mongoose or autowatch.
  3. if you have pulled the ENTIRE dash panel off then it should come straight out.

  5. can someone few a few interior shots for me. specifically steering wheel and main dash. looking at doing a few things since I can't get my hands on the one here (which belongs to powerplay.) to fiddle. I'm working out the cruise control and audio stuff

  7. drivers door for the up wires. poke and prod for the correct wires. nissan change them to much.
  8. the ENTIRE dash has to come out to swap these buttons out. clarify get TV working. that can be taken several ways by me. buttons what are you expecting to pay - the price of these may scare you. show me a pic of your dash pls.
  9. think everyone got it. I've been talking to them of/off through the week. I'm somewhat of an exception to the rule due to the account I hold (barely..) I'm hoping they sell it. i really do.

  11. ok that is WEIRD!! I spoke to a few people I deal with daily internally and I was told game over. the ASIC extracts I understand quite well. (I'm in there as well.) 484E (30/06) I know who that was and where he went. 506L - that has me stumped unless its to the SA address. if the system you speak of is the next incarnation of the QT system they were mucking with then you have my attention. Immobilistaion points I'm not worried about. mine was a custom job anyway and I had FULL control of it when needed. ring me in the morn - details in sig and hit contact when you get to the site.
  12. I think I know who you are talking about. had one contact me today. thing being is these things need a FULL ON alarm system with FULL back to base monitoring. self monitoring on this fleet doesn't cut it. put shorlty these things are $3.5m each.
  13. not quite. you need the BCM codes off the BCM in the drivers kick panel from there contact nissan japan wait for immobiliser codes from them buy key.

  15. well aware of that. was a little under 5 yrs ago that it happened teh first time. teh original owner hedged teh sale of it to make money. that was the same time that I took on a BCC contract. now its game over. I still have BCC riding me for a solution for 19 vehicles..

  17. Ant, thing is with these cars I have to make things like that. I have found if you upset one of these cars it will stay mad at you for a LONG time. the later cars ('04.5+ ) are straight CAN and really do not like being fiddled with. background is electronics eng. mixed with autoelectrics. find someone who has a electronics background they can knock that up in no time. (I'm in the midst of doing one now for a car.)
  18. rebadge would be my pick. there are a LOT of G35s running around. I have a black '06 downstairs now that is done in that fashion. (why must nissan make 10 different versions of the same car!!! )
  19. we have pricing and its NOT cheap! $4700 and its for the coupe in auto form only. I'm awaiting approval before I get to strip this one down for a nav swap.

  22. that in reality gives MORE than enough info to make one. go to jaycar and get: 5 transistors (BC337 will do) 5 10k resistors 5 diodes (1N4004 will do) 5 SPST 12v relays (12v coils) and build 5 separate circuits using the transistor and resistor to drive the relay . the diode is there for spike protection from the relay coil see here for the concept: http://www.jaycar.com.au/images_uploaded/relaydrv.pdf you need the first one background here http://www.kpsec.freeuk.com/trancirc.htm from there Download the data sheet on the BC337 http://www.datasheetcatalog.org/datasheet/...ips/BC337_3.pdf pin it out and away you go. the OE lights fire the transistor (draw on this is WELL below the spec in the nissan sheet posted above.) that in turn fires the relay and sends 12v to the auxilary lights (IE trailer.) theres my $1 worth on this topic
