  2. For sale: (NSW) Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VI GSR Price and price conditions: $15,990ono Condition: Very good Contact Details: Zero 431 083 394 Location: Rhodes NSW I've been tossing up whether to sell or not but sadly I'm downgrading so the evo has to go. It's been meticulously maintained by Indy @ IS Motor Racing since 2012 (full receipts for over $20k spent on it). No bad rusting like you see on some imports, and all bushes and control arms have been replaced. It's a great car with no faults and with no more to spend. 3. Bump, BBS LMs are no longer for sale with the car. Price revised to $24,500 as a result. Great opportunity to pick up a sweet investment which is only going to go up over time. Plenty of pics in the car sales add below: http://www.carsales.com.au/private/details/Nissan-Skyline-1993/SSE-AD-3417019/?Cr=0
  4. Unfortunately the time has come for me to sell up. Getting married next year and the mrs and I both want to get something a bit newer so the weekend toy has to go. Its had plenty spent on it, with close to $10k in the past year (receipts for most spend). Extensive build list and she's never missed a beat. Goes well as a few on here can attest. Was tuned in April this year by Yavuz @ Unigroup at which time motor health was confirmed with solid ~150psi compression across all cylinders. Many wear and tear items recently replaced, including brand new wheel bearings, new gearbox/engine mounts (nismo) and also new underbody bushes so there's literally nothing more to spend. Priced for a quick sell @ $26,000. For questions or to arrange to view call me on 0431 083 394. 10. Macquarie pass up to the pie shop, down through jamberoo mountain road, down to Kiama and then along to Berry. From Berry through Kangaroo Valley Road and up Moss Vale Road into Bowral. Only got through the first two sections and then mates car broke down, but was very good road. Need to go early to avoid traffic. Mount Keira Rd is also very good.
  11. Hi all just a heads up my username has changed from "jaeyon" to 32GTRB.
  12. Organising a pretty decent drive with a few mates but thought i'd open it up here if people want to join. Should be a good days drive and there'll be a good mix of highway and twisty stuff. Meet location: Hungry Jacks in Cabramatta - Sun 17/05/15 Time: 7:00am meet for 7:30am departure SHARP. We'll be on the road for a while (at this stage route is just under 5 hours, not including breaks) so we should be back at HJ in Cabra around 3pm. Destination: exact route to be shared on the day, but we're heading south. Notes: Please be on time and make sure you fill up before we depart. There's a BP right next door to the HJ and a Caltex a bit further down the road. We'll be driving a fair bit so make sure you've gotten enough sleep lol. We won't be waiting for people once we set off, but we'll be stopping at a few points for food, fuel, photos and smoke breaks. I'll also share route with people on the day (i've created a facebook event for this). I'm also a pretty crappy photographer so feel free to bring your own and take snaps of the day. Cheers, John
  13. I went there a few weeks ago and they even let us attach a go-pro. Think a helmet camera will be fine.
  14. Sorry all, have mothers day lunch on Sunday (which is also a mothers day lunch for my grandmother). Double whammy = double the guilt trip I can't afford!
  15. In that order? I think the HKS one is geared towards drag racing applications/
  16. Hi mods, could I please change mine to 32GTRB (if its not taken!)
  17. The other bit I got out of the day (more informative than anything) is that the only major difference between the series 3 BCNR33 boxes and other 32/33 boxes is that the syncros are "pad-type" rather than held in by circlips and also have a stronger (bigger) 5th gear synchro making them the design of choice if you have the option. He also recommended that cleaning the gearbox can be done by running ATF in it for a while. Could be useful for those wanting to move away from smurfsblood which is nearly impossible to remove. It was also interesting that Terry mentioned there is not a major difference in the various LSDs out there however for big power/time attack cars he did seem to recommend the Cusco up front. Seems he can also modify the standard ones making it potentially a cheaper option.
