  1. thought stagea owners were too old for facebook? shouldn't you guys be on like "married_couples_aussie_touring_holidays.com" *runs*
  2. ... like real race cars that use bullet mirrors?
  3. i saw a set on an Integra the other day. I didn't know which to laugh at first... the car or the wheels.
  4. yeah but they're for legitimate use only. not for hektic arab style crusing. what??
  5. sorry for the thread revival. but the numbers in this thread have helped immensely in finding a set of rims for my ceffy. just got these at auction in jp, so will be having fun fitting them under the cef and finishing off my VIP-ification. Godfather 18" by 8.5" + 35 for the front and 18" by 9.5" + 35 for the rears might need a 10 mm spacer and a bit of a roll on the rears to fit them properly going by what others have posted. Adam, how much space did you have as far as clearance to rear strut went with those 9.0" +30's?
  6. see if you can make it out from this pic in my build thread: Genuine JDM tyte nissan yo! they were $30 each plus shipping from japan. Pm Laurence who can organise it for ya.
  7. I can PM you guys meet locations in the meantime. see you all tomorrow.
  8. mmm S&S engineering.... god bless them. One day I'll own a limited edition 2000 model S&S R32 GTR
  9. did you roll the metal in the rear or is that an addon?
  10. there's you're problem right there i'd take whatever they claim with a pinch of salt. and for the love of god I hope those muppets don't screw the system up with half arsed approval applications for the budding drift superstars on NS that want cars to swap parts out of or rebirth instead of actual race use which is what the system is in place for.
  11. does mark know his mug's on SAU for all to citique
  12. give us the VIN number of the car and we can tell you exactly what it is and isn't. I'm sure if it had a HKS sticker on the boot the pundit selling you the car will tell you its a limited edition HKS Zero R model. Also N1's don't come with aircon... which this has.
  13. one of the lads in NZ shoehorned a V8 into his R32 drift car (and put up a build thread somewhere) but this is awesome! good work.
  14. oh wow... only 8 real corners. I'm sure that makes for spectacular viewing.
  15. trouble with it is that there's not much support from the "import" crew (well that'd be us)... lots of people see it as the "DOMESTIC Skyline Nationals", which kinda sucks for the organisers. they do try their best to get the word out and its not a badly organised event at all from memory when I went a couple of years ago. Now if it was an import and domestic skyline nationals... well that would just be EPIC. Kinda like the Brits who managed to get 300 skylines into one place and on a track.
  16. invest your money in high risk shares.
  17. blank your existing mirror plates off (flat CF sheet will look nice) then bolt these to your front guard/door. remember to reinforce or it'll bend your panels.
  18. YES! triforce zelda's rock... well i reckon they do anyways... might need to roll that guard a lil more and push the wheels out a touch more... maybe 5mm? you live in the land of perfect fitment... gotta fit in with the nihonjin. are you on okinawa base?
  19. do a google search for "DIY vacuum forming". I made my own vacuum former using parts from a refrigerator compressor I had lying around and make some small parts with it... also helps with getting air out of resin mixtures and thermoforming plastics.
  20. i think we're gonna have to organise a brissy meet so us guys can cruise down together in style.
  21. an hour from goldy? I thought it was IN goldy (or one of its surrounding burbs)?
