  4. supra ftw. you say the skyline has a strong driveline, well the supras is stronger. everything is tougher and more reliable, and you will make more power, easier but it seems you've already found the car for you, if you found the supra to be so amazing to drive, then thats what you buy, what makes you happy to drive, not what everyone else will tell you is faster because of this or that. if its a datto 120Y that you truly enjoy driving, then buy that over the 911 turbo. simple huh?

    at a guess i'd imagine it would be something about modifying the car, and it voiding warranty or some such thing
  7. as said its narrowband, meaning it basically tells the ECU rich or lean, not an actual ratio

  9. haha go the spool! i wouldnt recomend them in skylines though, i love mine but im driving a VL. anyway, but a new tank, and find out what else has let go (dont forget something has put the big gash in the tank)
  10. 26 wiring loom look for an R32 thats had the oil pump let go, and taken the bottom end with it. all too common so shouldnt be too hard to find, and should be relatively cheap, just throw the bottom end in the bin

R34 GT-t, not GTS-t. and i think they're about 7" wide, wouldnt be 8, and depends on what sort of tyre, if you want a big soft drag tyre you could probly go wider than a low profile circuit style tyre, but should be able to get 265's on there without too many dramas (depends on your own standards)
  13. 2k wont get you far. maybe some cams/light head work. what are the specs of your motor? what turbo/fuel system etc. what are you doing before you have the 2k left over? full bottom end rebuild?

  15. well for refernce, and why i think it wont fit, my mate just had his put in his 34, had to customize mounts to fit, lowered it heaps and it just fits. dont like your chances in the s15

  20. only guessing here but sounds as though maybe your PCV was stuck shut, then built up pressure and it finally let go, through your turbo seal, and possibly blew the PCV to the shithouse. where is your PCV plumbed to?

  24. look on carsales at XR6 turbos even the most basic of mods will see them nudgning 300rwkw, often over 300
  25. drive up top or wherever that big ass boat leaves from. its like 120 for you and your car. get to the mainland and head for RE customs or racepace or similar
