  1. loved all the 33 GTRs that came out for the day
  2. spotted a black 350 on knox road this morning around 9:30 I was heading the opposite direction in my corolla, didn't get a close look maybe ogz007?
  3. fo real?
  4. clean ie; bog stock half makes me wish I wasn't fooling around with skids so much the mind boggles if only my swaybars had arrived in time again can't thank everybody enough for how smoothly and well run the day was you know who you are and you did awesome!
  5. A special thanks to everyone involved for a fantastic day! wow I didn't do too shabbily for myself all things considered
  6. hmm I'll ask around, don't really like my chances though
  7. probably, I'm looking at buying a unit in the area
  8. are you in sydney and willing to separate the rears?
  9. I was in the same boat as you almost 12 months ago, I ended up getting a V36 lol you're already saying youself in your post if you get the GTR you'd be wanting to spend a bit more on it to get it where you want it to be. so extra outlay for the car + mods + maintenance. The mod bug is a hard bug to shake, I'm modding my car even though I swore bloody murder to myself it would remain stock as you said, GTR is king GT-t with crazy mods all round will be unique but will always be a GTt
  10. lol yeah after 8 months back into the gym I've only just come to the realisation that ab workout alone isn't going to get me the results I want as much as I've tried, I'm forming a nice toned v shape but my excess is still in the way diet it is
  11. So what's the general concensus on fat blasters/diet pills? worth it? I've already made changes to my diet to finally get rid of my excess baggage but if they do have an added benefit I'm willing to give them a go I've never been a fan of supplements and the like as I've always put on muscle fairly easily
  12. ahh the big chief, best burgers ever cheers bro I'll definitely look into those areas thanks
  13. maybe you did, what time do you remember ogz? I had a pretty hectik saturday last week running around looking for my first home/unit. looked all around rooty hill, blacktown and parra region, I'm over it already
  14. yeah you could see the smoke blowing everywhere lol typical commo I was going to do a run with the car just in sport shift D but only had time for 2 runs before they closed it off Someone had a pretty bad crash straight after my first run too, hope it wasn't too bad for the owner
  15. all good, don't take my previous post the wrong way, wasn't trying to be a smartass to you in anyway so sorry if it came across like that back on topic: I think if the car is lowered anymore the frontbar is gonna act as a diffuser aswell
  16. good to meet you nick 1st run 14.014 @100.88mph 2nd run15.168 @99.36mph (bogged launch and hit rev limiter in 1st gear ) good to know that my car can break into sub14's in completely stock form, next time I'll have to come minus all the usual junk in my trunk and cabin (came straight after work) will return once exhaust is on and a/f ratios tuned
  17. mate that spoiler is standard issue on the series 2 r33, many of which have been ditched for GTR copies I think the original wing you refer to are the series 1 spoilers and yes they are a bit sh%thouse, I had a series 1 r33 and I swapped it out for a series 2 spoiler exactly like the one on the pics above
  18. yes GTR badges on a painfully obvious T singe my retinas, and there's a few running around my area
  19. I actually got 4 with my GTt, one with the central locking on it, one spare with the nissan logo on it and two other misc. spare keys the usual would be 2 keys though I'd imagine
  20. I agree with what you said, the way I look at it, while the stock turbo will continue to produce more power past 12 psi, the efficiency of the power increase however, will decrease as you raise the boost past 11-12psi ie; the extra power gains to be had by pushing past 12psi are not worth the risk of added strain on the stock turbo. All cars are different though, some guys on here will boast about having 14psi+ on stock snails and still going strong, if a turbo is gonna die it will die eventually, but adding extra fuel to the fire isn't going to help the situation imo hi flow or bolt on replacement ftw if you want to chase the dragons
  21. between those options I have to go with the R34, I prefer the rear end styling of the R32 though but overall it's the R34 outside of those options it would have to be the KGC10 hakosuka
  22. i had some on my old r34, found them to be okay for wear scary in the wet, even babying it from the lights in moderate rain would induce wheel spin and this was when tread was around 85% moderate speed maneouvres in the wet were okay but once you reached the limit they went haywire in the dry they were acceptable for daily driving, if you want to do some track work i'd suggest better tyres only reason I had them was they were already on the rims I bought, if it was me personally I'd fork out that little bit extra for better tyres
  23. life is better with boost just wait until you get some bolt-ons onto it, good times
  24. oh you mean the coin slot? I always kept spare change in the ashtray anyway so it was a logical choice to put something else, you have to be careful not to damage the tabs that hold it in place if you wanna take it out, I also had to cut the back of the coin slot out enough to fit the wires through wiring wasn't too bad, didn't have any issues with wire/tube length for the profec B specII. All I did was run the wiring underneath the bottom of the dash piece and tucked it on the inside, held in place using plastic tabs and double sided tape running the wires through the firewall grommet was a bit of a pita as expected
  25. I had the greddy profec B specII on my old R34 and it did the job that was required of it and It was one of the cheaper options at the time, personally one of the nicer looking ones to me also once I got the settings right I pretty much left it alone to do it's thing, where I installed it was easy to keep out of sight
