  13. I have a SAAS Enforcer driver's seat and I mounted that on 10mm Aircraft grade alloy plate and stock R30 runners.
  14. Not quite in the same vogue, but I am now going to forget the RB conversion and work up the L series. Will a FMIC & FJ20DET turbo make much difference to my stock PNV L20ET?
  15. I have an MR30 Hatch just about to go to the TIP and it has a complete stock HR30 rear end if your interested.
  16. How is it a PNV George??? There is no markings to suggest it is anything more than an HR30 Skyline.

  19. I know of 6 in NZ, but the freight here is a killer unless it comes surface mail and in 6 - 8 weeks. I can't understand that when I reckon I could swim there in less time and ships come here in 4 days, yet the mail takes 50+ days. I would prefer one in Oz thanks.

That's OK, the DR brakes will cost you about $500 pair for struts complete and rear trailing arms about the same, but the disc rotors on a stocky would be cheaper, just fir decent pads like EBC green stuff on the front amd black on the rear RDA stands for ROTOR & DRUMS AUSTRALIA Pty Ltd I think they are an imported rotor, but they're cheaper than DBA and much better in my opinion.
  21. SU's a bigger problem than CD's, at least with the CD's there was a diaphram to help keep some continuity. The biggest problem I had with SU's was the right consistency of fluid in the dash pots. But with either, a balancing tool was a must.
  22. Maybe a bit late but the info you need is: Pre 83 L24E's had 8.5:1 comp, but all late model L24E's that's 84/5 had 8.9:1 comp. If you want to push big boost into an L24E the best option would be a P90 head from a 280ZX. One of these will cost you about $450.00 and give a comp ratio of about 7.7-7.8:1 with the L24E bottom end. I am in the process of doing exactly the same thing as your thinking, putting my PNV turbo bits on a late model 8.9:1 L24E motor and with the tiny turbo off the L20E and the stock boost (under 8 psi) I can't see a problem.
