due for service and dyno now, but clutch is being fitted so I have to bed that in for 300k's before I put it on the rollers, so I spose I can wait another week or 2 before doing oil and filters?
and yeah I know turbo timers are overated but I have it set to 30 seconds only and as my garage is locked up at night I usually leave my keys in ignition, hence my screwup
the car was hot and pinging under light acceleration on mny way out the driveway, a bit of low speed crusing and temps dropped back to normal (my car seems to run quite hot on idle or in traffic at the best of times)
cheers, for the piece of mind tho guys, I was a little concerned that there would be potential issues with overcooking sensors and turbo oil seals etc...
