Hi all, I have a few small spraying projects I want to kick off soon. The biggest is a new front bar for my E90. I'm going to be using an Aldi air compressor and I had some qs about that. A lot of sites recommend against using such a compressor for doing a whole car but I'm not doing a whole car and I don't really understand why it's not recommended. If I get a HVLP gun surely I could get a coat in with what's in the reservoir? The next thing I need to choose is a gun, from my understanding I'll need a 1.3mm tip for clear and base. I'll just use a rattle can for primer. Yikes. You probably should have watched the vid for some context. There is a massive chasm between what you can do when pulled over and what you should do. I also have been pulled over a lot, it goes with the territory. I was yelled at a few times but can't say I didn't deserve it. You get a much nicer interaction with a police officer if you admit to what you did (i mean, come on, chances are if they pulled you over they saw what it was) and you're polite. You're no better than them, you're both human. Sometimes the entire interaction can become pleasant and you both go separate ways feeling positive about what just occurred.

I'm not sure I agree with most of these tips. I've had good experiences with police when I've been compliant and admit to any wrongdoing. What do you think?

Yep, both ended up in Australia. Though, the Top Secret one was kinda stripped of its goodness.

That GReddy R33 is now in Australia. Was imported by Advan Performance which is now a BMW shop it seems. Good looking car, though not sure how I feel about the panda paint.
