  1. That may be so, but the Countach wagon is sacrilege of the highest order!
  2. Engine shouldn't need to come out. If the turbo needs to come out, then it is probably easier to take out the engine, but also probably more time consuming. If it is the valve cover, no way would you take the engine out to change the gasket. Yeah, BC's are 1200-1300 plus shipping from JustJap... or there is a second-hand set of Nismo S-Tune floating around NSW
  3. Faark, mine are 3 clicks in from full soft. Yeah, but you have the RS kit and Scott has the VS kit... if that makes any difference
  4. Use an iPod. Buy one of these PA15-NIS(around $200) and then follow the instructions on the G35iPod website. No need to change the head unit
  5. Helped move a VZ 6cyl ute off the road last night. 2 male teenagers and 1 female teenager were trying to move it (the clutch had died). Pushed it well off the road and was about to get in my car when the female turns to me and the following exchange took place; Female: "I wish ours sounded like yours" Male 1: "It would if we had a V8" Me: "Uhhh, don't think it would" Male 2: "Yeah, I haven't seen a VE with a Cadillac grill before! Looks great! All VE's should have come like that" Me: "Yeah guys, the back is pretty cool, have a look!" Silence Female: "What's a Stay-gear?" Male 1: "What is this thing? Nissan don't make V8's and those lights look like a Volvo" Me (laughing): "See ya guys, good luck with the car!" So it seems that I drive a Cadolvoden PMNM35 Stay-Gear
  6. yeah, I saw it too, but they were nowhere near the width of these!
  7. Nice, considering I actually typed "I guess a certain admin is going to have a bitch of a job cleaning this thread of "useless chat""
  8. <edit> removed by useless admin> Ace stuff Jase! I know you realise that there should have been an HDi kit in there too!
  9. PM35? nah, NM35 plus $10-15k in mods
  10. Wagons FTW!!!!
  11. Have a great arvo/evening mate Can't believe you are at work on the morning of your 21st - although I'll be more surprised if you are at work the morning AFTER your 21st.
  12. Link to a set of camber adjustable rear arms for an M35. http://page12.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/p139980372 Dunno about them though, there is one line in there that concerns me "Disabled Spring Akira Makoto ※! Only cars can be fitted and integrated shock mounting spring." Perhaps the G35 rear camber adjustable arms would fit an M35?
  13. Yes it is a wagon, but it is a grey import which makes parts a bit more expensive and difficult to obtain which is partly why they cost a little more to insure AND it is a turbo V6 "performance" wagon. I personally use Shannons for my car and house. They are much better than any other company I have been with and are well priced too... well for me they are Here, have a look at this thread for insurance options and what people are paying. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/317752-m35-insurance/page__hl__insurance
  14. lol... who says you can't have both?
  15. Preach it brotha!
  16. R35 Kids Heart Stagea is puke? Stagea front on a V35 would be f**king gorgeous? Mate, our styling preferences couldn't be further apart I haven't seen an M35 fronted V35 before although the PM35 RX front might work on a V35 sedan.
  17. lol... and you know what I want prior to burning
  18. Matic J is sprecified in the trans stalk, but Nissan will be moving to Matic S (full synthetic - about damn time) very soon. You can certainly use Nulon 100% Synthetic transmission fluid (I do in my gearbox, transfer case, ATTESSA and power steering as it is compatible with both Matic J and Matic D). The "satchel" I referred to in the past was something that all automatic Nissans have put in their transmissions over here. It is an additives pack which aids the trans fluid and prolongs the life of the transmission. If you use the Nulon or Matic S, this satchel is not required.
  19. Yeah, the trans runs pretty hot be it towing, hard driving or even highway cruising
  20. I think you'll find that the fronts will be the same as a V35, but the rears are obviously different from both the V35 and the Z33.
  21. And a dead (atm) black ARX
  22. The M35 gearbox is fine if you put an aftermarket cooler on it and use the right fluids.
