  1. Son of a.... looking at the picture, I was after the part number for the entire unit, which is pictured in the top corner, but it is not completely bordered in (which I missed)... Long story short.... my f**k up. Sorry I guess you will be looking at Yahoo Auctions then... or local wreckers
  2. He will, but only when the exhaust is finished, the car is up on stands sans any exhaust and the car keys are in his hand kidding
  3. ^ but you'll still need something to tune for it (agreed, highflow not necessary)
  4. PWR do a G35 radiator. I spoke to them about a custom radiator and even measured up the stock one, but $1k + shipping with a possibility of it not fitting is not a risk I was prepared to take. On the positive side, I believe that their G35 radiator retails for under $650USD... in the US, so should be significantly cheaper here you would think.... ....BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
  5. A what? Transmission?? HICAS system??? LSD????
  6. G35 radiators from the US... or a Z33 radiator that will need to be modified (cap needs to be moved and mounting "pegs" may need to be moved. Make sure they have an in-tank cooler too. That is all For a custom one? I took my stock unit to Race Radiators who made me on up using a Griffin Race core and has them put the OEM in-tank into the custom unit. Lovely unit and they do great work. I still have my stock radiator if you want to go this route - but it will probably cost you more than buying a Chinese Z33 core and having it modified. When you put yours in, feel free to put up a good "How to"... which reminds me, I really should do that transmission service post...
  7. What do you think a larger radiator will achieve? Better cooling control for one, especially when you consider that the stock core is only 16mm thick lol. Not too difficult if you are happy to take to your car with a hacksaw. I still had to hack up a fair bit to get my custom radiator in after I lost my nerve (and patience) with the Mishimoto unit that now resides in Scott's car
  8. When fitting a larger radiator, you need to cut the black "glassfibre composite" frame that it sits in
  9. Gasket is about $20 from Nissan EDIT Passenger side - 13270-AL612 Driver side - 13270-AQ800
  10. Usually this oil will leak onto your turbo as Matt said or even the heat shields which obviously get very, very hot.
  11. hmm.... reads like someone other than Kier is using Kier's account
  12. http://m35stagea.info/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=96 Perhaps not a heap of help for Melbournians, but it certainly has been done by a number of M35 owners.
  13. Quick search in eBay turned up a couple of options. You'll need around 20-25mm though! Ichiba V1 Ichiba V2
  14. Nik, maybe you should sign up at www.m35stagea.info There is a number of "How To" write ups including a Spark Plug change thread
  15. Hi Mike, I too have a VQ25det powered M35, but I have also serviced V35. Anyway if you haven't already bought all your gear, here are some recommendations Oil - Gulf Western Souji S6000 $65 (I have found it "better" than Redline - both Grade V oils - and is a fraction of the price) Oil Filter - Nismo (Veruspeed) - all details/numbers in the link Fuel Filter - dunno, have not yet done mine Brake pads for our sweet as stock Brembos. - QFM HPX are ideal for road use and are cheap! Contact GSL RallySport Spark plugs - Denso Iridium due to their superior spark and long life. You'll need the IKH16 plugs, check eBay Motors (US) for a cheap set Brake Fluids - Dot 4 Radiator Coolant - I have Holden coolant in mine as my radiator fabricator recommended it, but I hear that the Nissan coolant is pretty good
  16. The J32 Maxima (2009) has a VQ25de I believe. Wouldn't think the starter would be any different to what we have.
  17. It's only 10:30! Back to it. Chop chop!!
  18. As was I! Sometimes Nissan surprise in a good way, other times in a very, very bad way
  19. You should be seeing a dark blue M35 around those parts as of Feb next year. My mate is moving up there from down here and taking the $500 M35 with him
  20. Since I didn't get ANY manuals/papers with my car, that sounds pretty good!
  21. Or perhaps Nissan? For reference, the part number is 28781-AQ010 (~$50) for the wiper arm, AY003-H25AR (~$35) for the blade and 28782-AQ001 ($5) for the little plastic cover Prices quoted above are retail from Nissan, including GST and shipping. No point going IM unless it is on there for about $10
  22. Lucky we drive Stagea's then, eh?
  23. Oh Kier.... Unsatisfactory mate, very, very unsatisfactory. See? This is what buying an R33 GTSt does to ya! +1 on what Dale said.
  24. It's in the Stagea DIY section
