  1. Looks like a nice purchase Any pics of the interior by any chance? btw, it isn't an Autech.
  2. Nope, I caught it too especially when he always pronounces it ve-tell, to hear him say Vetool (with a slight emphasis on the "tool" portion), just brilliant
  3. Sound is probably caused by the turbo not getting enough air. I had that exact same sound prior to opening up the intake. 1. make sure you have a high flowing panel filter in your airbox 2. if it still makes the noise, get Scott to make you up a suction pipe LIKE MINE
  4. I actually organised that "my" tuner tune "my" piggyback (which I don't yet have) to make proper use of a LiLPG setup... no problem, but I didn't receive any discount on the price! I was told this is because there is no need to tune a liquid injections system as it actually piggybacks off the OEM injectors... All depends on how many km's you do I guess. Being that your economy will be shot to hell on E85, it may not actually be more economical over 5 years. An example (for me - around 720kms/week, mostly highway) 9.3km/L for 98PULP @ $1.45 x (77.4 avg L per week x 52 weeks) = $5837.42 p.a. fuel cost 8.8km/L for Liquid LPG @ $0.55 x (81.8 avg L per week x 52 weeks) = $2339.99 p.a. LPG cost 6.5km/L for E85 @ $0.99 x (110.8 avg L per week x 52 weeks) = $5702.40 p.a E85 cost That is allowing for 5% for LiLPG economy decrease without a tune and 30% for E85 economy decrease with a tune. All theory of course. But going by that, obviously LPG would be the way to go for me and I would make my money back in 2.5 years (I wish I had know that and LiLPG was available 3.5 years ago ). Whereas E85 ends up costing about the same as PULP.
  5. No Coilovers - Nismo, BC or Tien are the most popular, with the latter two being adjustable and the BC's the best value for money. There should be a set of Eibach springs in the link in my previous post, certainly shouldn't be that expensive!
  6. Other negative is initial outlay. $5k+ is a fair amount. That excise on LPG has been rumoured for about 5 years now, but I think it was going to come into effect when LPG conversions hit a certain populace percentage. *Bloody greedy government bastards..... yet again For a vapour system, yes. For a liquid injection system talking to Australian LPG Warehouse is a great place to start
  7. lol... it is a misspelled "cap", as in radiator cap
  8. King Springs? Really?? OR you could possibly shell out for some aftermarket springs (Eibach, RSR, Espelir etc) all round click here for an idea of what is available If you can make it to Mt. Eliza tomorrow, I will have my stock front suspension for you to borrow, possible?
  9. What Have You Done To Your Stagea Today?, Mods and tunes, bring it on
  10. Won't make a difference to the touchy kick down that the stock M35 has... no way of avoiding it if driving with a heavy foot, but if you have a controller right foot, a spacer kit will go a long way to giving the car an easier to control/predict kick down (don't have to walk on egg shells to avoid the kick down)
  11. You shouldn't lose power on a liquid setup as it has a higher octane rating that 98. You may lose a little economy wise, possibly around 5%... but certainly nothing to worry about. For M35, you may be able to fit a torroidal tank where the space saver is (you will have to remove the storage deck and anything else you have under-floor though) and a custom system will set you back around the $5-5.5k mark (depending on power desired means more than one pump for the LPG) Where are you located Sage?
  12. It's okay Kier, they're only cheapy rims hmm... maybe you should get some 19" Rota's and put a Nismo sticker on them for everyday driving?
  13. Me neither, unless of course the underfloor storage was removed.
  14. Damn Yanks!
  15. They were.... until I was ready for one, now they appear to be extinct!
  16. think you could find an F-con V Pro with VQ25det loom for that?
  17. Indeed I can
  18. erm... actually I think that Dan is East of our border.
  19. RB25det NEO (R34) injectors will fit, any other RB injectors will not
  20. Yeah, Kyp is definitely a character. "BB Conversion"? Since the stockie is BB I am a bit lost on how it is "converted" to BB... Local? Depends what you call local. To interstaters I would be I am about 40-45mins SE from you (Nyora), but I'll be up that way tonight briefly.
  21. They did my turbo. Removed/installed and organised AXT to rebuild mine (although a bit of consultation as to what I wanted would have been nice) for under $2k, but that was around 3 years ago Aaah, if I knew then what I know now.....
  22. Sounds like you have been listening to Scott a bit too much there Aaron!
  23. I have a PM35 RX front bar in my garage... Do you have a damaged stock front bar? If so, is the top half of it okay? If so you could get a good plasti-welder that is willing to meld the bottom of mine with the top half of your stickie, it will look a lot better (and allow more air through) than the standard RS front, plus it will be unique
  24. Yes, yes it did... not that I regret handing it over to you back then... BRING ON THE F-CON!
  25. I do hope you mean injectors
