  1. Yep, IKH22 are the plugs but it is recommended that you don't re-gap Iridium plugs. IKH22's come gapped at 0.8mm
  2. That does look awesome... Nice to see that the GT-style over taking has been abolished. /sarcasm Graphics look lovely, but that is a prime example of why DNF's are needed in GT... not to mention proper damage
  3. That's fine and I agree IF they can get hold of the Sougi. If they can't, then I think that spending more on a Grade V oil such as 300v/Redline rather than settling on a Grade III/IV oil can only be beneficial for the engine. It is a damn shame that the Sougi is so hard to find...
  4. I thought that bbenny was running similar size as well
  5. From all accounts 9.5 +30 should fit. Have you actually seen it or just taken the shops word for it?
  6. I think you'll find that line in Scott's post was full of sarcasm. I don't really agree that people will be wasting their money if they use Motul 300v or Redline, they are Group V oils and are absolutely brilliant. Having said that, I find that the Sougi S 6000 is at least as good as the Motul 300v and both felt better in my car than the Redline (all 10w40). If you can find it, buy the Sougi... it's a Group V oil at a Group IV price and VQ's love it If people can't find it, then why shouldn't they still want the best oil for their pride and joy? As an aside.... Sougi S 600 + Veruspeed oil filter = WIN

  8. Meet is better, especially if it is during the week
  9. Disconnecting battery doesn't seem to work... unless you leave it off for a few days I guess. That procedure is the same as our M35 Stagea's Just a quick note, Step 4 above is where the ECU displays any error codes so perhaps it would be a good idea to write them down before moving on to step 5. Also, I compiled a (long) list of error codes that are applicable to V35, M35 etc for future reference.
  10. +1 I have been running it for a couple of changes now (I change every 10,000kms, but I use Group V oil) and have to say that my car likes it much better than the Redline... ... so does my wallet for that matter. If you are in Vic, you can get it from the supplier for around $60... I picked up my last 5L bottle for $80 at Autobarn!
  11. Wednesday should be fine, what time?
  12. I see... no worries, will have a look tonight... unless someone on here can do it while they have the day off
  13. Do you have your Stagea or are you looking at buying one? If you have one, why not measure it yourself?
  14. +1 and +1 AFM Nissan part number is 22680-6N211 It should be the same as used in the 2001-2007 X-trail and the 2000-2005 Pulsar Or you could pick one up on Yahoo... they are routinely on there for under $30 (ex shipping & commission)
  15. Easier to bring into the country
  16. Yep +1 for Henry's service and pricing Pickup is also an option if you are local (or willing to drive) 'tis the only place I would buy Redline from as retail outlets have ridiculous prices and generally crap service
  17. No-one, but even with a re-flash in Japan, I find it hard to believe they get that "best" economy... of course I can only base this on the examples of a VQ25det M35 re-flash A/F ratios I have garnered from re-map services in Japan (ie a range of 11.1-13.2:1 is the "leanest" anyone was willing to do)
  18. That Lambo is ugly... but it is beautiful... although the interior screams of a mid 90's PC game. Perhaps the Stealth Fighter type styling is so it can avoid "speed" radar guns?
  19. It would have been a typo and I dare say points to how much they actually know about the M35 (like a lot of dealers out there ) Oh yeah, and that "best" economy? Can't see it happening in real world conditions without the use of a lean tuned piggyback....
  20. OEM is also hollow. Selby's make adjustable sway bars for the M35 Stagea (which shares the same stock front sway bar as V35's, but not the rear) that have 3 points of adjustment and are solid, thus stronger. I don' know if the whiteline bars are solid or hollow
  21. I believe that RE Customs can tune Cobb AP.
  22. mmm... LMGT4's are lovely, especially at 19". What is the width? If it is 9.5", I would say go 255 or 265's Indeed. *looks at poo stock cooler which is still on car and weeps*
  23. bash plates = protection against unwanted surprises Keep 'em mate, besides, they also protect debris that may bounce up and hit your cooler hosing (among other things). From a daily perspective - I would have had some serious damage without mine, useless road "repair" leaving a chasm (around 250mm deep, 1/2m long and almost the full width of the road) in a 100km/h zone that was lightly covered with loose road base - no signage. I must have picked up about 3-4kg of the stuff and needed a wheel alignment, but that was it.
  24. I don't have, but maybe look into the Nissan GT8 paddles? They are brilliant and sit perfectly (a bit higher than the works bell paddles)
