  1. ive been real happy with my gt2535 makes 245 @ 17psi on e85 will make probably 20rwkw more once coil-packs are replaced....

  8. i would go the link between the two but speak to whoever is going to tune it as its only ever going to be as good as the tuner tuning it.
  9. bugger.... i bought the dyno files home but i dont have the viewer on this laptop. Just pulled the soarer with WMI back off the dyno and at 25 psi it made 445rwkw with intake temps averaging 20-24 degrees... it will pull that power run after run after run. It has more in it but we started getting a bit of bleed on the fuel pressure. This car is setup for circuit so it needs to be safe under all conditions so we stopped at 25psi and 445rwkw. On 98 it would pull one run @ 380rwkw on 20psi but high intake temps held it back from running more boost.. and subsequent pulls would drop power with each pull via the AIT compensation. On 20psi it will pull 390rwkw all day with loads more mid and a near perfect power curve. Overall timing gain was comparable to e85.
  10. they love boost... lots of it dont respond well to lower boost levels so choose your setup wisely figure min 22-30psi for best results. i have a supra running few sizes up and it started to make decent numbers around 24psi.. same story with a sr20 we did with the gtk550.
  11. Just set it up like a rotor primary and secondary rails but drop the primary out during transition... easy.Two tanks and lines etc

  13. We had a soarer in that ran 3 fuels via a Link ecu... all automated.. was a cool setup and the brain child of VB (sau member) 349rwkw (ish) on LPG injection for daily duties 379rwkw on BP 98 for long trips to extend range and over 400rwkw on E85 for making smoke.
  14. Yeah well an average of 30-50rwk more reliably on each setup with no change in boost is proof enough for me. Watching intake temps on some of the less efficient cars go from high 40's to around 29 is definately worth its weight in peace of mind alone.

  17. dont get hung up on the auto tune feature in ecus... it has no effect once it leaves the tuners and is over rated as a feature.
  18. got some killer before and after graphs for water meth, i love the stuff.. great substitute if e85 is not available as the better option. i will chase them up and post them

  20. the r34 thats giving me hell on e85 has the plazaman plenum too... it went backwards too. Its fine on 98 but lost lots of mid and same top end as std plenum.Sounds like you exhausted all avenues.
  21. sounds weird the r34 ecus are the most stable platforms, have you got some logs to send to pete and matt? in 5years of nistune ive never encountered that issue. Im not saying there isnt an issue in this case but i reckon its traceable. have all the knock flags and feedback been switched off? has the rpm vs ign curve been checked against a stock definition? feel free to send the ecu over and i will check it over as i have a crazy nistuned r34 in the shop atm (350rwkw auto)i have found on E85 thought the nistune for some R34's does not have enough adjustable parameters above about 350rwkw with 1000cc injectors and big plenum etc.. accel pump gets a bit steppy and cold start etc becomes troublesome... not factory smooth and easy like it should be. Other nistunes no worries i think 460rwkw is the highest weve done so far.

  23. the new nugget.... lots of work ahead. well looked after though credit to previous owner. Only took 8 yrs to find one... missed out on one of signals "play" cars back when james v and i were distributors, and i have wanted one ever since.
