  1. with a melbourne style hair cut like that I reckon outside of that photo the only gun he's been holding is his boyfriends mutton gun... he looks about as hard core as a bowl of jelly.
  2. nope, the only bit on the front end that is adjustable from factory is toe. rear end has camber (not much) and toe.
  3. ok, I found it. did not qualify. that's disappointing.
  4. umm, I'm watching the cup race from watkins glenn right now and there is no ambrose in it? what happened?
  5. yes the rule should always be, no payment, no spot. it's not right that people can 'bags' a spot and then just change their mind. on the other side if you paid for your spot, then realise you can't go they should refund you providing they can get a reserve to take your place.
  6. well I nearly got a in a fight with a cabbie the other day. he farken ripped me off. it wasn't my money (cabcharge) but the principal of the thing pissed me off. the problem was I had a tomei stroker crankshaft worth a few thou in the boot and the bastard refused to open it so in the end I gave in and resisted the urge to strangle him in front of my office. nasty.
  7. well i bought the PS3 at japanese launch in november last year and having now bought a wii I reckon if anything the PS3 is a bargain and the wii is overpriced. sure one is double the price of the other but i think you get much better value with the PS3. don't get me wrong the wii is awesome fun, but the PS3 is a whole new level.
  8. they can't adjust anything other than F+R toe and rear camber because there is no way to change the length of the other standard arms. it doesn't matter how smart they are there is no adjustment for front camber or castor in a standard skyline. so what they did, and what they said was 100% correct. so rekin will look a tad silly asking for his money back... as for how to fix the scrubbing the only real options are raise the car, adjust the alignment, get different offset wheels, or smaller tyres.
  9. sounds like a very good deal. kemal and boston are both very handy steerers. shame it's sold out, but I don't think I could get my sh1t together in time anyway
  10. you are a bad man troy. i'm sorry we never got the chance to meet face to face before you put yourself in a wheelchair!! have fun on the way though.
  11. generally used to elimate 'shuffling' and possible boost surge issue.
  12. to be honest I just looked around my house one day and thought: 'why do I have ten grands worth of parts sitting around?' so I'm selling some and keeping some. I will probably buy all this gear again when I actually need it to go on the GTR. Plus I've got a few little dramas with the grey GTR (that all this stuff was for) that I need to sort out. oh, and no, not going to sell the grey car. my other cars will come and go but the grey 32 GTR will be around for a fair while yet...
  13. there was 2 or 3 F1s in aus, but i have no idea about now. My friends father was one of the guys who serviced them in sydney back in the mid 90s. I once got a little ride around the block in one, but I wish I had been nicer to the guy as his father took him and 1 friend on a big drive to deliver it somewhere. sadly I wasn't that 1 friend...
  14. definately get the coppermix over the old style one. also bear in mind that though it may be $800 the ems postage on it will be near $200.
  15. i went soft of the whole car cover issue. but from what I found out the covercraft ones seem to be the bees knees. I would go for the $410 one with the extra middle layer.
  16. the fact that webber is still in F1 at all considering he has no massive cash, has only scored 2 podiums and is usually around 10th in the WDC means that the teams know that he is a gun driver waiting for a decent car. otherwise he would have been turfed a few years ago. I agree with troy. Webber is a top 5 driver in a bottom 5 car.
  17. we need to have a serious talk bman...
  18. Koyo Radiator. No pics of the actual rad as I haven't taken it out of the box (don't want to until either it's sold, or I'm about to use it as they can be a bitch to repack without damaging the fins). HKS Sports Turbine kit - GT-SS. One of the big differences between the HKS kit and the cheaper generic kits is the HKS one comes with gaskets, new oil drain and all the studs and washers etc you need to fit. It also comes with HKS upgraded wastegate actuators which are adjustable too. IMO the HKS is much better value than the generic garret ones once you factor in what's included. Now that should be enough pics to keep everyone satisfied for a while!
  19. Sard Fuel Rail. It comes with the mounting hardware and fittings. It's still sealed in the original bag as I didn't want crap getting in there. Sard 700cc injectors. Single hole, 0.65ms response time. still sealed in their packs too.
  20. Tomei Manifold pics. This will help you appreciate how good value it is. cast stainless pipes so no stress from bending or section welding. Plus they come with 4 layer metal manifold-head gasetks X 2, metal turbo-manifold gaskets X 2, turbo inlet gaskets X 2, turbo outlet gaskets X 2, locking tabs for manifolds X 4, thread paste X 1, copper washers. There would be nearly $200 just in gaskets as the metal mani-head gaskets alone are about $100 and the genuine nissan gaskets aren't cheap either. These came with 1 roll of exhaust wrap which I gave to a friend as it's not a good idea to use it on the manifolds it will drastically shorten their life and it makes it very hard to put the factory heat shields back on.
  21. ok, front pipe pics: you can see it even has nismo stamped into the flanges (which are high grade stainless as well): and it has the nismo plaque welded on: I also noticed it actually has two small dents not one. Neither will affect performance. one is the usual spot underneath, the other is a pin dent right near the outlet flange about the size of my fingernail. These are the top banana of stainless GTR front pipes.
  22. Bman! not again... let me ask, how did that laser project go again??? enjoy mate! you certainly are a glutton for punishment!
  23. dont fret troy. i've got the talent here to sledge up a storm. not like these faggoty *new* south welshmen. I'm real old school south welsh. sledging is how we settle things in my family. not with pussy pictures and photoshops. I'm liable to jump across the table at dinner and fix your wagon good. On another note I heard the reason they don't use helmets on the skidpan at deca is that all the melbourne-ites complained that putting on a helmet ruined their metro-fag mowhawks for the rest of their day and spoiled their chances of picking up in Benala. Any truth to that?
