I would reccomend proegnines too. especially if you are in canberra. he has built a couple of motors for friends of mine, and if I had to build mine I would strongly consider going down there to do it even though I'm in sydney.

that's fine, except that most (all?) twin wastegate manifolds for skyline 6s I have seen run a balance pipe to connect the two manifolds. with response, I was talking about the response of the wastegates, not boost response or engine response, and two 40mm gates should be more responsive to changes in pressure that say a single 60mm, but again it would not really be enough to be noticeable. but sure, twin gates is nice, and if you are running twin big turbos then it's the best option for sure. but for a single turbo I would always just run one big, single gate.

that's the Apexi ECV adjuster. opens and closes the butterfly in the exhaust. there is no evidence of a NOS system in the engine bay.

yeah global has nice cars for sure. but be aware they are also the masters of making nice adds, and taking nice pics. my friend has bought a couple of cars from them and they are usually as good as their pics, but it still pays to check it out first.

every tyre 'heat cycles' I think what you actually want to know is does a tyres performance drop off after a number of heat cycles and the answer is yes, all semi-slicks are affected by the number heat cylcles they are put through. some worse than others, but they all are in some way.
