  1. yeah 276 l/ph can run 6 767cc injectors and support 750hp. they are a good pump. I use one in my GTR.
  2. i've never had a problem. my GTR was tuned on 98. i put in the V power racing. ran fine. maybe even a touch better. the alfa race car, we had it tuned (yes it has carbies and a dizzy!) on 98. we've since run it on the v power racing and elf LMS and it was fine. It's not a major change I can't see how it made your car run poorly unless it was just a bad batch of fuel.
  3. I can compete with that boost curve! also controlling 2 wastegates.
  4. well do the math mate. from memory it's 252 litres per hour. that's 4200cc a minute divided by 6 is 700cc a minute which is about 700 engine hp.
  5. yep, it's fine for 350rwkw.

    Weekend In Osaka

yeah forget shin-osaka mate. it's not near umeda really at all and there is nothing really there. yes, you can use your aussie 3G phone in japan. it's not cheap though.
  7. i think it's sweet as. my friend is going to one of the days listed for next month so I know it's all correct! maybe add stuff like Super GT, Super Taikyu etc.
  8. for me it's as simple as this. in the centre there are the little legs (the spider?). force causes them to push on the ramps. with equal ramps on both side you have a 2 way. with a different ramp angle on one side you have a 1.5 way. with ramps on one side only you have a 1 way. It's been a while since I looked at the centre but from memory the ramps on both sides are equal. my memory is not the greatest so it's possible one ramps is softer than the other making it a 1.5 way but either way I'm positive being a 1/2/1.5 way has nothing to do with the cone washers or springs at the ends of the clutch packs putting pre-load against the clutches. They just make the diff operation more severe.
  9. d'ya reckon if we sell our assorted skylines and real GTRs and take out a high interest personal loan and pool our money together maybe we could get one to share? nothing would be better than cruising in this GTR MONSTER just as long as it has enough power to get into the westfield carpark turning it's massive wheels.
  10. nengun is $1300 PLUS FREIGHT. so I would say $1800 is about right.
  11. mmmm front wheel drive, NA shitty, fake GTR. my dream car.
  12. yes, skyline rear end is very soft. there is no structural bits there. the whole boot area is basically a crumple zone. if you have to replace the boot floor it will be a couple of grand. there will be damage to: bumper reo quarter boot floor beaver panel maybe tow hook too.

    Weekend In Osaka

JAL/ABC rent phones from the airport. good service. you can book on in advance from the JAL website. shin osaka is a little out of the main city I don't think there is much in the way of clubs in shin-osaka. There will be more happening near your hotel in umeda I would say. i don't know osaka night life very well but there must be clubs etc around namba.
  14. too hard I'd say to try and get your parents to do some performance part shopping. I would do this: ask them to go to a book shop/magazine shop and get a few option mags, drift tengoku, GTR magazine, hyper rev etc, whatever you are into. ask them to go to a hobby shop and buy some nice models, JGTC skyline models are pretty sweet. and finally ask them to bring back something really japanese.
  15. tell people you backed it into the wall at turn 10, eastern creek. that's what I did and it worked for me. instant restepa.
  16. it's one of my favourites. A very modern japanese scene if you like. You can see the guy is drinking a beer too and eating some snacks. Lot's of people around, no one causing any problems or acting like a wanker. everyone is there to watch some racing and have fun. and there are no stupid laws like we have at race tracks (and everywhere else for that matter) as they are not neccessary in japan because people behave over there and use common sense (mostly!).
  17. ok, now since we are working backwards through time. I'm moving on to November 2006. Starting with one cool pic of some Japanese race fans out for the final round of the 2006 Super GT (fka JGTC). How hardcore is that! poor dog, he had to put up with every girl walking past, giggly and exlaiming in their best cartoon style voice! Kawaii ne!!! It was cool how laid back everyone was though. where else would you be allowed to take a dog to the race track?
  18. last one. don't worry, if no pics go in here I can easily remove these posts.
  19. saving this spot for more 2007 pics.
  20. I shouldn't need to say this, but given recent events I would urge anyone planning on buying this stuff to excercise caution. this member has been on the forum for 5 days, has 3 posts and lists a vauge location. I would suggest if you are planning to buy that you request pick-up or some other method of ensuring your transaction goes smoothly.
  21. lol, nice one.
  22. looks very nice corrine. the talk/torque thing still bugs me, but I guess I'm in the minority here. so go with whichever. I'm in. actually as long as they are not too pricey, put me down for 2.
