  1. Hey Brad, Call: All Clutch and Brake 3 Pinn St St Marys Ph : 8277 8122 The guy who works there owns an r33, and he knows his stuff. He was the cheapest quote for a clutch master cylinder i got in Adelaide (Nissan wanted $400 odd, and he had an aftermarket one for $70 ) Not sure if the install em or not, but give em a call. I tried to ring u Tuesday about picking the bonnet up too, but i guess you were working. I'll call u as soon as im free
  2. I have both....posted these a while ago. They appear to loop down abit, where the others seem to go down, then straight to the head. Id still say they make up the length that way...
  3. Id say they are not shorter, just offset to clear the brake booster. It would cause problems with tuning if they were actually shorter than the other runners.....
  4. The last two runners are slightly offset in the r32's to clear the brake master cylinder i believe. The top of the plenum is different from each model as well (AAC valves are different from r32 rb25de and r32 rb20det) Pretty sure the r33 na would be different also. Depends on what car you are doin the conversion in....In a r32 use the lower half of the rb25de runners, and rb20det plenum. Not sure on r33 inlet manifold port sizes, but the rb25de has bigger ports than the rb20det hence why u use the rb25de runners. I posted some pics a while ago in here showing the difference in sizing....
  5. you dont need GTR headlights all the time, as some already have the mounting points on them. I would even say GTSt and GTR headluights are the same....
  6. ready when you are
  7. I checked with www.busfreight.com.au and its roughly $45 posrtage to your door from me here in Adelaide. The muffler is a barrel muffler, and if looking at the back its slightly pointing to the left hand side, and sits parallel to the ground (pointing straight out, not at the sky or ground)..... Hard to explain, but ill get some pics soon....
  8. Cheers for that man The std bonnet weighs around 18kg, and the GTR one weighs a tad under 10kgs so it a good weight saving there too.
  9. Ive got a 3" catback exhaust on my car at the moment, and need to upgrade in size to fit my new big turbo on, and get it tuned for some serious power It consists of 3" mild steel piping straight back to the rear cradle where mandrel bends point it out to the left slightly. No angle upwards for clearance/flow into the muffler. It has a stainless steel 4" Magnaflow muffler with a 3" pipe in, and a 4" tip on it. The tip can have a baffle inserted to quieten the exhaust down, but it doesnt need it, because it is a nice quiet system as is. It has been on my car for about a year now, so is still in as new condition. It has no scratches or dents on it that i know of (i'll check and take pics). It was installed by Exhaust Technology here in Adelaide onto my r32. Pics added. Price - $500 ono Will send interstate at buyers expense (located in Adelaide) Postage is $45 roughly
  10. Well done Yes, i agree pics would be great to visualize it
  11. put me down for now.....ill know for sure by the weekend its on.
  12. found it in the wtb thread....pics please....PICS!!!
  13. what price for wastegate?
  14. Yes, but top end isnt always what people want. Id still be happy with a 3037Pro s that has usable power (read traction) than a GT35 which will make 350rwkw+ and just spin the tyres *im going the GT35r myself though
  15. Ive got 16" rims on mine.... the rears are 8" wide with 225/50/16 (offset is +38) the fronts are 7.5" wide with 225/50/16 (offset is +25), also the car is lowered and sitting about an inch or so above the top of the tyre. The car hasnt had a proper wheel alignment in a very long time (read camber is off) and the tyres wear on the inner side. The tyres clear hitting the guard by about 10 to 15 mm or so, and if it were given a proper wheel align. id say it would be close, but still not hit....
  16. change your fuel pump id say. My petrol needle in the dash used to go down when on boost, (i thought it was supposed to ) The car ran lean in the top end, and used to chug sometimes.... I have upgraded to a bosch pump now, and when on boost it does the opposite slightly with the needle. It goes up a little bit when on boost. I put it down to it flowing more and the pressure is greater.... When they transport your car from Japan they empty the fuel tank, so your pump drys up in there....Id assume its not good for it, so id change it if i ever bought another car. Might be worth a look....you never know.
  17. Can you take some photos, or write up a how to for me? Seems to be a simple job, but i need to see how its done so i can do mine.....
  18. Use a Q45 afm. They are available, just look in the for sale section. They are capable of more than 300 rwkw ive read on here somewhere (i should be up around 350 with mine). They cost like in the region of $300...not that much more than a z32 afm. Like SK said use Datalogit, or you can buy the Power fc sofware from Nengun.com these days i believe....
  19. rb30 auto does have one...well the one that went in my car did. Had to change the auto for the manual one after realizing we didnt change it. Packed the end of the crank with grease and used a 14mm socket from memory to pop the old one out then tapped the new one in.... Oh yer...the wrong spiggot bush just made a grinding metal sound through each gear, not at any particular rev either...
  20. saying stuff like that on an open forum is idiotic....and no wonder so many police are through there these days...makes a half hour drive to birdwood damn near impossible these days without wondering if some idiot is coming sideways around the corner at you....
  21. not c:windowsdirectory its supposed to read put it in c:windows (windows directory) he added a by mistake after windows (typo)
  22. all in good time I may be waiting to fit it with the GT35r yet.....tee hee
  23. thats where split systems (2x 2.5" pipes) come in handy
