  1. Mine was about $730 but is a 10" button instead of the normal 9.5" so is good for 400kw There good to talk to anyway, will help you find what you need
  2. NPC or Exedy I'll never buy another brand of clutch having used an NPC for over a year now. Exedy would be my next choice unless I was going to spend some serious money on a Nismo or HKS clutch
  3. I have a PS pump for an R33 sitting at home Rob. Not sure of condition but can probably pull it apart, check it out and re-seal it if you want. May have an alternator as well but dont remember
  4. Yeah that's all I've been doing. Have all my topgear on the PS3 itself but there in order so no biggy As for the folders on ext HDD. I don't worry about it, just hit triangle and display all and it comes up with all the folders that are on there anyway
  5. Ah right lol. Yeah broken axles arent fun
  6. Who was 21? Lol
  7. That's a much more acceptable level of keen-ness
  8. You'll probably take up two lanes with 12" +12 on the rear......... Go out to your rear wheels with a roller and add 6.5cms to the outside of the rim. That's how far they should stick out if I've done this right
  9. Yeah should start a thread with bolt sizes for certain items. Could be constantly edited so the first post contains all te info I thought group buy would be good cause I thought they were UK based then found out they had an aus site. But still they might be interested in doing significant discounts on say 200 cam cover bolts But not to sure how cheap this would get and who would want to organize it lol
  10. My kit came with a new drain pipe. It's slightly shorter from memory and connects to the standard rubber hose so you May have an issue there as the hose has a bend. Pretty sure the HKS one was shorter at least, don't remember. Just saying there might be an alignment issue
  11. RB20DET rebuild kit? I posted a link to the 25 kit about 4 posts ago............
  12. Dial it back a bit tiger
  13. Hello
  14. I dont get the name?......
  15. if you can find the Jap instructions that come with the turbo kit I think it says the sizes on there. I dont know where the info from my kit is... Is it a 2835 Pro S, R, or KAI?
  16. This is transferring from an external HDD onto the PS3, making a folder on the ext drive 'VIDEO' then selecting it in your PS3 and copying it across? Think thats what you meant lol..... Will have to do that anyway, will be lots better
  17. just FYI, adjusting the screw without putting it in base timing mode will do nothing. Not sure how you do this on the R32's as its different to the R33's, but i seem to remember something about unplugging the TPS Have a search and see if you can find it
  18. Click Me This
  19. I bet it doesnt Stoked, managed 12.0L/100km driving around town the last week. not very exciting I know, but I was happy
  20. 18psi at about 3200rpm, this is with 3" intercooler piping but
  21. Surge holes like this? The port shrouding on the Pro S housing is more typical on a turbo of this size. By the time the air has reached the rear of the surge slots there is some pressure there. And the other end of the holes are on the suction side of the turbo. Long physics lesson short, high pressure always wants to go to a lower pressure section. Pressure difference = flow. So therefore there will always be flow lost that would normally go into the engine that is now being recycled back through the blades This is how I understand it anyway, what I know about physics makes me think I'm right and Stao from hypergear originally told me it would be the anti surge slots that are the issue. On a T04Z there is a benifit as such a large air flow might result in some surging. But a small GT30 series doesn't flow enough for me to think anti surge slots necessary. This is what ive done But as there is no actual seal in the snout of the Turbo to the housing, there is more then likely a leak between the two, again this will mean a slight loss in flow This is how I See it anyway, hypergear will make me a new housing but want the whole turbo. Seen as it is my daily, I need the car so this isn't really possible right now
  22. Yeah something I should have checked but oh well lol I have a different front cover on mine to standard to block the anti surge slots off. Think this loses alot of flow when the standard anti surge holes are in there. It's not a big enough Turbo to warrant surge slots IMO and provides more cons then pros Its much nicer to drive with my front cover on, fixed a few small issues. But it's not a great "fix" at the moment. Was hoping HKS would give me a Pro S front housing to try as I think this will improve it But anyway, it's good enough for now
  23. HKS GT2835 KAI Bit of a let down ATM but trying to work with HKS to work it out 243rwkw @18psi But I think I accidentally knocked the timing back a bit when I put my new timing cover on. Will check that and then see if it feels any better
  24. Everyone knows RB20E's are the engine if you want to make power............ No need for a turbo even.....
  25. That's the kit I was looking at. Want to keep 2.5L, but the reality is that even the $2,000 for that is out of reach at the moment when im paying off stuff, saving for a house and saving for an overseas holiday on apprentice wages. The 33 is taking a backseat to more important things at the moment, but one day I'll get a rebuild kit, spray and tidy up the engine bay, and make the engine look pretty like my VL RB30 Then it will be 24psi of HKS fury pumping into that engine haha
