Honestly, I wasn't that bugged by 6pm Sunday about the noise. I did get used to it However it doesnt sound like the pinnicle of motorsport. The V8's etc just sounded so unique and amazing. They really made it sound like 'these are the best engines in racing today' I won't stop watching or following because of this though. The racing is good just a shame the noise is missing

Not to worry. Bernie was against the lack of noise all along it seems. Wants to make them louder. Not sure what they can do though, back to v10's

They better be careful or they might lose the Aus GP which would be a real shame Bernie likes playing God with GP events, and with so many other countries keen to get a GP I really don't want to see us lose our GP

Mine did a similar thing. Was fine, voltage was right. Then one day it started playing up. Voltage was still ok but for some reason just wasnt happy. Played around with tps and eventually it came good again. Not sure what happened

Yeah im thinking of borrowing bf4 off someone and making thr switch. BO2 in the end I only really played for zombies. Extinction doesnt have the same appeal in ghosts

Did you adjust the tps to correct voltage? Check base timing

Has noone used eGlobal? I bought my 7D platinum kit from them for near half the aus RRP. Then bought a zoom USM canon lense not long ago much cheaper then aus prices. Purchased thursday, recieved the next tuesday. Been great to deal with. No issues

I havent worked out if mine is lag or if im just being put against people who are stupidly good at the game or have some sort of advantage. Im used to not being up top of the leaderboard till I get used to the maps but at the moment games are real hit and miss. Sometimes im around 1:1 K/D in games that seem normal. Then sometimes im getting 4 kills to 13 deaths and it seems like they know where I am and have sniper riffle strength assult riffles lol. I dunno. Maybe im just being a sook

Anyone on the start line today? Keen to know if they sit there spooling on the line or not. Be cool if they do

I dont think so.... I cant remember. I have a 5ghz AP at home that my S4 uses and I dont remember if the ps4 didnt find it, or I didnt want to use it. Its a bit unstable so I usually use my other connection

Mine is through wifi but I had no problems at all on bo2. I have a pretty flash modem router and it works really well. Im using it to run foxtel on t-box flawlessly which telstra said couldnt be done and havent really had any problems with the ps3 with it. I imagine the ps4 has better networking to so dont think its that. Its probably either me being to crap or ghosts matchmaking being far from the best it could be. Im thinking the later (not to boast or anything lol....) Ghosts doesnt even have the connection quality bars in the game or an option to choose local or open games (or whatever the options were in previous games) Ive been thinking of switching to bf4 but I dont know if I could get used to it. COD is not the best game but its usually good fun close action. Ghosts just makes me shout 'what the fu€k' alot

Possible glimmer of hope - the f1 app was showing that everyone was only taking the engine to around 12000rpm. Doesnt mean that they werent going to 15000rpm, the app could be wrong. But if it isnt we might get a bit more of a scream out of the v6's yet

Whistle from the red bulls is amazing. Thinking they might still be turned down till fp2 or fp3. The engine noise isnt great. Seems to suit the williams with the Martini livery. The noses dont look too bad in real life. Mclaren probably the most noticable
