  1. theres a couple of little things to clean up that bug me. Using a flash on the engine bay makes all those little things show up lol. Look at it in daylight and it looks better Its all cosmetic (apart from connecting the wastegate vac lines up) stuff to do now, so it can wait till I feel like doing it
  2. I thought they were going to make a more durable tyre next year?
  3. Thats a plug not a sensor........ Hmmmmm is that as long as it is? my knowledge of 26's is limited and its a bit of an odd plug. I have seen that sort of plug on my car but nowhere near there..... sorry, not real sure on this one
  4. Never know if you dont try
  5. Sounds like awesome to. What I do need but is a 2.5" - 3" straight reducer thats a bit longer then the one I've got. If anyone knows who makes a longer one then the usual 3" long then let me know. Mines just a bit to short and its causing that cooler pipe skew a bit which is putting a couple of other things out of wack Or if anyone has a longer one (especially in black) that you want to sell me then that will work to
  6. Can't make out where this sensor is?
  7. How do you see when they are doing pre-orders or do you just have to go ask?
  8. Steelies like you get as a spare with commodores/falcons..... NO. Trust me. I was given some to use as skid/drag rims if I ever needed them, tried to fit them one day. They look like puss and wouldnt clear the brakes anyway so no go
  9. All but done, needs a clean and some better lighting but hey im to lazy now so a quick photo was good enough Few cosmetic things to fix up but only minor
  10. You would probably need the plugs for the neutral and reverse sensors, assume the speedo one is the same but not to sure Would have to cut the old plugs and solder/join the new ones in. But having never seen the auto sensors, cant comment how different they are
  11. I ran 255rwkw for pretty much the whole time I had the clutch in, and I daily drive it and slip it on the street a fair bit. So I'd say if the wear on mine was excessive then it was to be expected. I dont think it was terribly worn but, should have measured how much material was left and compared to new. The rebuild is basically a complete new clutch. The pressure plate I think was brand new and they just removed and replaced the pads on the clutch plate, must have checked the springs etc and the spline as well but this wasnt replaced (all looked good when I pulled it out so not suprised) All up it cost me just shy of $500 with a new throwout bearing and express delivery, so while thats not 'cheap' its not to bad for a new clutch considering new ones are up near $800 now I think? This is all my NPC gear reconditioned:
  12. I pulled my NPC when I did my engine change out. decided to get it rebuilt rather then having to pull the gearbox out later on if it started slipping. Have to say, the clutch looked great, no marks/hot spots etc on the flywheel or pressure plate and the friction material, besides being worn, looked great. Best looking clutch I've ever pulled out of a car. Could have gone back in but was running low on friction material so thought I'd start fresh They were very helpful and quick rebuilding the clutch to. Sent it away Thursday I think, had it back on Tuesday or wednesday.
  13. RX3 would be cool So would a quad rotor RX7 I haven't bought the game yet, I dunno if I want to or not. I'm trying not to spend any more money on PS3 because I want to get a PS4 when they have stock again
  14. Just a normal Nissan one is fine.
  15. feels like halfway through the year lol....... I was just exagerating/guessing. Couldnt remember when it was but knew it wasnt the same time as ours
  16. it doesnt have a nismo thermostat? could cause it to run cooler as well
  17. I thought chinese new year was halfway through our year? My favourite thai/chinese place in town closes for chinese new year, and It's never around christmas..... strange lol
  18. Got pretty much everything sorted on my car now, pretty happy with how its turned out, just have to mount the catch can tomorrow/whenever and wire up the horns Have a strange problem with my power steering but, Sometimes it will start and work normal, sometimes it will start and the steering will be heavy. Today I started it 4 times, and only 1 time it was heavy. Nothing has really changed in the power steering side since before the engine change.... Must be Hicas related I'd think, even though my Hicas is removed and has been fine for ages Might need a longer 3" - 2.5" reducer but
  19. Yeah some guy did something, pissed me off so I sticky bombed his car, was one of the Koneigseegisisgieggigiggggg look alikes. Was worth the $9000 I had to pay. Went to the insurance place, waited for his car to appear there, shot him in the face, happy days The main problem I've found at the moment is I keep getting the same missions to do again, and most of them are shit lol
  20. Yep those were the conversations from memory
  21. Nailed it!
  22. Something about warming the tyres maybe? 'yes yes yes, i am doing it all the time' ? I dunno, I'm sure there were 2 but can only find one lol, maybe I'm full of shit Well played Lotus/Kimi anyway I've seen stuff about Ron Dennis saying he would be happy to see Alonso back at Mclaren, but nothing saying that he is going there for sure. He might be happier now that they have no golden boy, but If Magnussen turns out to be another boy wonder then he might stay away
  23. Moon buggy? is it a bit like the Mercedes motor wagen or whatever it was that had 1hp. I remember driving that, took about 3 hours to do a lap, not sure the point of it lol
  24. Hmmm....... I think I'd like enough to get a tank or a plane, but 1billion might be a bit to much lol
