  1. I know! It's the one thing stopping me from running out and getting Foxtel. Would be great, but its something to do with the deal channel 10 have atm I think isnt it? When does that dry up?

  4. Notice any exta vibrations or noise from having a solid bush instead of plastic? I've got one sitting here, but not sure if I should use it
  5. I've actually noticed that my rebuilt clutch feels pretty much the same as it did before I pulled it out. I remember it being pretty bitey when I first got it (new), but maybe its just because I wasn't used to it back then not sure. But yeah if your not in a hurry to get out racing/drifting then just run it half gentle till you've done 1000km or so. You can still go fast, just no big clutch dumps and clutch slips etc
  6. I was running an X-Force 3" Bellmouth dump with my HKS turbo, never had an issue with it. Its now been chopped/modified to a v-band and wastegate plumbed in. Car sounds so awesome on the new engine, its not just turbo noise all the time like it was with the HKS turbo, sounds raw engine, love it. The SS2 is so much quieter driving around off boost, I've only hit about 3psi so far as I've only tuned it enough to just get it places, but I think its going to sound/go pretty good at 24ish psi Got a 4" intake made up today, its a bit busy around the exhaust side of the engine. Few more things to sort out but should be getting tuned in early January:

  8. Yeah there would have been a gasket on the wastegate outlet flange, you can see the leftover from the old one. Not sure where you would get a new one from. Probably whoever makes the gate
  9. Leon managed to sort out a 4" intake pipe. I had my doubts but it turned out pretty good

  15. Had my first drive tonight, New engine sounds heaps nicer then the old one. Drives suprsingly well on a base tune, excpet for being at 10:1 AFR's on light throttle lol. As long as it drives anyway

  18. Mine is ss2 ext gate and it just has a plate with a v band flange bolted in place of the nissan dump and the int gate welded shut from memory. Ill see if I can find a photo
  19. Well first off check battery voltage, but if its winding over then I doubt its a voltage/current issue Have you got any spark? Fuel injectors clicking? Its in an R31 Skyline yeah? Check the ECU is lighting up (Think they have the 2 LED's in the little window on the ECU) Start with that. But sounds like you've blown alot of fuses/bulbs/the ecu itself. Something doesnt seem right there at all.
  20. You might be pushing a bit more power then I will be lol. Yeah I knew I'd lose some throttle control but I figured I have 3" cooler pipes, seemed silly to reduce it down to 2.5" ID throttle body right at the manifold.
  21. slave cylinder and manual transmission illustrations come up with "illustrations cannot be found" ? :S Do I have a strange VIN or something lol. Anyone got a 33 and been able to look at manual trans illustrations?
  22. How do you find the vh45 throttle body? My intake manifold is actually wrinkle painted then sprayed in 'cast iron' paint. The finish isnt the best but I'll live with it for now. Was a bit of a problem with the paintjob lol
  23. Did you notice any vibrations or extra noise? I have the bush but havent put it in, dont want any noise or vibration because its street driven
