I do mine all the time - pop on some rubber gloves for non slip grip and remove it; also stops your hands gettin thrust against sharp objects in the engine bay lolz try a filter like knn with a nut on the top so you can remove it with a ratchet next time.

Hey man, congrats with the car! pop a power fc on, an ebc and a high flow cat and you should see 250ish at 4 wheels. Mine did the 255 with the mods there and its a great package. +1 on the stock dumps, they are fine ps: never stops though, expect to empty your wallet as you hunt for more power!

umm there are some holes drilled in the diffuser, ill get some pics asap. looked inside and it looks uniform in structure all the way through

I have mine off my car and it looks like dry carbon all the way through, nothing shiny or looks like metal. are the n1's different maybe? it weighs about 4-5kg, what bout the n1

I might have to check up on this brand My car is completely a weekend cruiser with no launches, flat shifts or trackwork so when it comes time to replace i may as well go for the less overkill clutch...thanks for the hint

+ 1 for the nismo twin plate but yeah it does rattle; tad heavier than standard but dosent 'bite' hard when you wanna light launch....ps: like a full monty single.

I had a similar issue with my beema; would run on 5 cylinders on startup and low revs but once driving, the car came to life again.....tried the coilpack pull out thing and found which one was faulty so i replaced them all and the problem was fixed. i hope this is the problem....goodluck

lolz na man she wants to do something unique like blow her car; thats different! jokes aside, i like the charged route...check out the s15 twincharged which is really cool (i know its turbocharged too) but in the US they are selling quite a few supercharger kits for bmw 3 series with great results! aim for a reasonable amount of power like 400ish hp from an efficient supercharger and you can have a torque monster The bmw kit is stealth; anodised black it just blends in with the engine covers so it can be made 'stealthy' im a big fan

Umm i would say im thinking of the temps after the intercooler before the plenum; the sensor displayed on a power fc controller. Im curious cos i remember you chose the -5 cos you wanted power to come without stressing the turbos to the max (less boost and cooler intake temps) Jst wanna know how they compare to stock or the -7's cheers mate.....how bout that top end

You wouldnt happen to know what the intake temps are using the -5's do you? would they be lower than the -7's cos im sure they would have to work hard displacing air to make the 300kw atw where the -5's are doing it with less strain on the turbos and engine.

Hey man, ive got the same issue with the flames; rarely am i on full throttle but it still pops flames even at 3-3500rpm. im running a cold (gap whatever: IRITOP7) sparkplug, would that be a cause? anyone
