  1. yeah it took a while, prob 30 mins to downoad and them some time to install i had a few freezes before thanks for the car btw, i did that race and got 2,000,000 straight up and went from level 12 a-spec to 18 so the wait to play was definitely worth it
  2. dammit, i just saw your reply lillcrash that would have been ideal as it was the main reason nothing has eventuated i've got about a week left on the gold coast so i don't think i'll have time to get anything done tho cusco group buy may be the way to go then
  3. just went to play and there is a new update out (3.56) i wanted to do the seasonal events too, so now i have to wait weird thing is that on the sony site it only lists the 3.55 as latest
  4. well the 33 one i bought from just jap fitted fine to mine but i'm an rs4s so i don't need the auto warmer/cooler
  5. i had to use lotus yellow i think, was the closest to i had to "electric yellow" and i bought an r31 gts-r and various gtr's (i found an 89 r32 gtr for the 80's races)
  6. dunno but i've got a 260rs in black will swap for something cool or fast or both
  7. there is a qld based one on boostloosing "Driving fail spotted" could be a good name
  8. well apparently the awd rb25 blocks are drilled for both awd and rwd sumps so you could bung up the vct feed and slap the 25de head on and slap a rwd sump on it
  9. sougi m5000 is the semi syn version and still apparently available s6000 is getting canned but still on their website syn x 3000 is also semi syn and probably ok but the m5000 has s6000 in it
  10. does it come with the software licence?
  11. i'm running the m5000 atm and tbh i can't notice much of a difference

  14. i could probably help you out my mate has done a few now and he reckons that he is pretty good at it with that kit tho, check that it will fit a neo because we have a slightly different water pump just checked tho and they have told someone that it will fit shipping doesn't seem too bad either, looks like about $250 all up which is very good (looking at about $500 locally)
  15. dextron 3 but nissan stuff is preferred
  16. i used to but i just use sougi now
  17. yeah i get what your saying but sougi is well know to be high in detergents and will go dark after a couple 1000 kms
  18. should still feel slippery tho
  19. ask gt garage in hobart they install and tune nistune boards so they will be able to tell you or check the nistune site
  20. oil should be dark when drained it has degreasers and detergents in it and its a common misconception that clean oil is good oil if it comes out clean then its not doing its job
  21. you should bed the pads in on the old rotors i believe (or could be the other way round) there is a thing about it in the diy/tutorial section
  22. when your chasing e36's down twisty roads you will see yourself wanting the bigger brakes 34 gtt brakes give you an extra 20mm of rotor diameter so the 4 piston calliper also has more leverage on the brake rotor as well as clamping power they are also thicker so you have better heat absorption and dispersion too
  23. Launceston is a bowl that holds in all the smoke in winter i have very mild asthma and it doesn't really get me but someone said that a lot of ppl move from melbourne to qld because the warm temps and high humidity actually helps with asthma anywhere on the east coast would be good tho
  24. If anyone wants a boat designing i can do half of it (just starting my 3rd year in naval architecture) or come see me for pizza (dominos mowbray) if i go back there in feb
