Boiling point is 190C according to the very limited technical details I got from skimming his site. So yes, as said above it may not be boiling but its still hot. That being said if the damage is caused by caivitys created by boiling allowing exposed metal to get way, way hotter than 200C then this would help in that case I suppose.
I guess that depends on what the switch is used for, if it is just a pressure check to make sure the system is up to pressure it shouldn't matter, but if its used in the actual actuation of the transfer case itself its probably rather important.
I've just discovered the exact same wonderful issue with my car. Has anyone had any experience with repairing this issue or is the default answer still to grab a second hand pump assembly?
(or spend $3200 for a brand new one out of Japan)
Got in car of the event+second camera for second half that i'll upload over the next little while. Got some footage of Ant'z car shooting flames also Ralphs (footage was better for his, and have 2 views)
Thanks for coming out all, It was a good day; good roads, good cars, good food, i don't believe anyone had any major issues, though i'm sure we've killed a few kg's of bugs

Decided to move lunch from Warwick back to Boonah, as I feel the extra distance to drive out there (and back) is a bit much.
I'd like to book a table at the pub for lunch, so It would be good to know firm numbers by Saturday
