Well it's not easy to measure ?
I asked my Mechanic and he said he would charge hours of labour just do this.
Does anyone have there V36 or 370Z in pieces to measure the bush I need?
I'll do some more googling tonight too.
Hey guys
I'm having trouble finding replacement bushes for the V36 coupe 2011 steering rack.
I just need one and i'm not keen to buy the whole steering rack just for one bushing
i've seen V35/350Z bushes come up on a google search but nothing for the V36/G37
I don't think it has a part number and nissan won't sell it.
Info should all be there.
There the wheels that came new on the SP V36 coupe 2011.
Might have to google the offset. I don't know
My location is in my description (Geraldton)
it's tuned for 95 and can run on 91 but only recommend for short periods. Maybe a tank or 2.
It wont burn as clean and things get dirty over time.
you might lose 5kw. thats a guess
Take the plastic cover off that's around the base.
At the front of the seat there is a cylinder with a bolt and 3 washers. Take off 1 or 2 washers.
Drops a few cm.
I did this year's ago so this just my memory.
I'm sure there is a step by step in this forum.
Just test drove a Q60 and loved it. But there is a deal breaker... My head hits the roof. All models come with a sunroof too.
Has anyone modified their seat to go lower?
I know it can be done on the V36 coupe. But the dealer wouldn't let me remove parts of the Q60 seat to have a look
I'm about 6"2
Sounds like you need to take your car to a few tyre and wheel shop and find one that is willing to do the right thing and measure you up for what you want. Buying online packages is hit and miss.
It's hard to get it right. So many different ideas on what looks right/good from the internet.
A computer. Needs it to make the car run.
A lot of us have done a swap with a DVD unit in its place. But you still need the old one, and its put up behind the glove box.
Maybe if you put the disc back in it wont try and read it all the time?
you need it for the car to run. if there is a disk in it, it will try and read it. just take it out. It shouldn't be trying to read if there is no disc
You may be able to open it up and remove power from the drives motor to stop it from spinning.
