might need to reset the ecu and see if it comes back after you have fixed the problem.
You might have air in the cooling system. That could be why the temp goes up then comes down again
Maybe you put the NEW battery in upside down.
If not not then open it all up and clean it. If it doesn't work get a new one.
I don't know of anyone who would fix them.
Might be cheaper to get a new obe
You'll have to do some reading in the older post in the forum.
But you can "move" the DVD computer back behind the glove box and replace with a better system. DVD player with an Android computer to mirror your phone.
If your really worried go to a trusted Nissan service center and they will know and do whats needed. They will also use genuine parts.
Nissan on Main North Road did mine and i was very happy with the quality.

sounds like its outside the engine.
Might be a bearing of one of the pulleys.
Get a spray bottle of water and spay the pulleys when its running. If the noise spots when you spay one then its that one.
But its best to take it to a mechanic.
You can have just call audio or just music or both. you need to choose the right one in the settings when pairing.
pair agian and try a different option. (I'm guessing yours is still in Japanese)
yeah you would get it on but it might look odd because the colors might not match but the functions would be a mystery and the air bag. Might have to cut the plugs off and make some new connections
When i got my sat navigation and computer changed to English they had to disconnect my a/c and stereo for a week while it was getting upgraded. what ever was the last setting on my a/c stayed that way until they reinstalled the English set-up.
