  1. Such a shame Benny; yours is my favourite NM35. Except for mine. Is there no other alternative? I don't need a new bike, or any sexy bits right now, so I can't help you that way either. Perhaps a merciless internet spam advertising campaign would help; I'm sure it works with Viagra...
  2. The front would have been a 24mm; BNF24Z The 27mm BNF27Z is recommended for motorsport only by Whiteline; it's a very big increase. I think on the street you'd probably end up with too much understeer; especially in the wet. The feedback I have had from the 24mm bar is excellent The adjustment is very nice to have, you'll likely set and forget, but for no extra spend; it's certainly nice to be able to finetune to your own taste and to the behaviour of your coilovers. I've delivered well over 60 sets of Whiteline bars to people on this forum, and I've never had a complaint about the quality. I've fitted several sets, and the fit has been excellent. I personally inspect everything prior to shipping, and I've never found a fault yet. They are powdercoated in a Silver/ Blue metallic, and as long as you are careful when fitting, the powdercoat will provide excellent protection against corrosion. It is flexible, but will take a knock without chipping; like a painted bar will. I notice you're UK based, so I can't help you with a Group Buy; but if you have any questions, feel free to shoot me a PM Cheers, Dale.
  3. Nice work guys, looks like she's going to be a sleeper engine bay. If you decide to get any of the exhaust ceramic coated down the track; let me know, I know a guy who's a perfectionist. Lol @ "Daleo magic" ; I thought you & the missus were looking the other way while I was shagging your manifold. Mmmm, cast irony... looking forward to the finished article.
  4. Well, I drilled holes in one of the manifolds last night; so it may never run again... Hope everything went smoothly today, and that Craig didn't have a protein shake for brekky; too much powaaaahhhh!
  5. Silver AR-X at Pie-in-the-Sky this arvo; was on my way home after a 500km cruise on my Gixxer.
  6. Congrats Ruby, awesome for you guys! Best thing you'll ever do, enjoy every minute of it, time really flies. Sounds like you'll make great parents, you can't love em too much. Cheers, Dale.
  7. Spotted POS checkerboard mobile in sunny downtown Blaxland tonight. Good luck tomorrow lads, must be on for a drive once it's finished...
  8. Hang on, are you pointing at me? But, yeah, pics; stat.
  9. Could well be slightly different on yours; on the M35, they have little plastic nuts (Thumbwheels really) though.
  10. Sougin 6000 has been discontinued for ages now. Apparently Syn X 6000 (Sougi 6000 replacement) is available now, unsure of pricing though.
  11. True mate; but as Leon said, some people have to learn the hard way... Just look forward to your new toy mate.
  12. I tried a bunch of different ways to mount a H/D link, and was never really happy with the clearance at all adjustment positions. The OEM links are strong & reliable; I haven't heard of anyone damaging one, and by the time I re-invented the wheel, there wouldn't have been a cost benefit.
  13. Yours has an HDI intercooler kit right? Factory fan won't fit behind it, so it would've been swapped for a thinner unit.
  14. Hey Jules, have you replaced your Pollen Filter? If it's blocked solid; your fan might as well be blowing through a brick wall... http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/129786-air-con-filter/page__st__60__p__5719772__hl__m35+pollen+filter__fromsearch__1#entry5719772 On 5, my fan would just about blow you out the window. Cheers, Dale
  15. Hope you don't have any trouble getting them to pay up; I hate it when cars get damaged like that. The carwash I have near me, states on the ticket that cars with spoilers and mag wheels should not use the carwash as they can be damaged; I'm not sure how you'd go in a situation like that. I suspect it probably weeds out the bulk complaints but I'm not sure if it's ironclad.
  16. I believe every advertisement I see on television because they're entirely factual and not just intended to make you go and buy things. The advertising industry is known for its transparency, honesty and commitment to product testing, ensuring the customer gets the best possible product; not just promoting the product they're being paid to promote. You seem like an intelligent, go-getter, if you live in Sydney; I like to present you with an incredible opportunity to own a large Grey Bridge over Sydney Harbour; just send me all your money now! Totally legit. It's entirely possible that Nu Finish is not as amazingly amazing as the ad purports; in the 30 secs of footage I didn't see anything do anything 52 times least of all a car going through a carwash. I realise this may come as a bit of a shock. Chaz Dean doesn't give a f**k what anyones hair looks like; he only gives a f**k what his bank balance looks like. Doing stomach crunches in front of the TV for 3 minutes a day will not enable you lose 300 pounds to have a rock hard body in 6-12 weeks either.
  17. Definitely; I can give tips on how to get kid vomit off velour, and handy hints on silencing troublesome backpackers in the load area, with just a roll of gaffer tape and a handful of cable ties...
  18. Nautical, but nice...
  19. Have you checked the centre bearing? When they wear, you will get a pretty good vibration. What about the condition of the uni's? Are they greasable? By putting washers under the gearbox mount, you are misaligning the wrong section of the shaft, you'd be better shimming the centre bearing to reduce the included angle of the shaft, rather than increasing the misalignment. Also, it might be worth looking at an adjustable panhard rod to centre the diff, as lowering pushes the diff sideways. This is another source of misalignment. What is the condition of your rear upper control arm bushes? And lower arm bushes for that matter. The upper arm bushes are a common wear item and could be causing the pinion angle to be larger (nose of diff pointing down) increasing rear uni angle. Good luck.
  20. Only just spotted this one; sounds good, any excuse for a bit of a road trip! Pending a date, and if my roster lines up I'll be in!
  21. The rear will; the front won't.
  22. BMW ute? Just sayin'...
  23. Throwout bearing is the one on the clutch fork; you should get one in your new clutch kit.
  24. Pretty sure GTR stuff is compatible, I can do some digging for you in the new year if you like. Link to retail prices, but I can do better than these. http://www.whiteline.com.au/do_segue4.php?make=Nissan&model=Skyline&model_final=SKYLINE+R33+GTR+AWD&vehicle=1%2F93-12%2F98
