  1. Keep the R33 - Get a nice car that is practical for work/baby duties- and even a weekend lug around And enjoy the benifits come tax time- 90% business use im sure im sure you will miss the 33 when you get a little urge for some fun.
  2. hi mate, Do we purchase these based on the car or the engine? as i have a R33 s2 with a Rb26dett. Cheers
  3. Koyo Radiator Group buy.....Im in.
  4. cutom exhaust? only problem might be the flanges, i have a feeling when i change mine over for compliance i will need to get flanges cut and re welded on a compliance cat to fit.
  5. well ive got a raging clue!!
  6. theres actually a audi in the US that the guy mounted the turbo behind back left wheel. il see if i can find it
  7. for around the same price- buy new, Like you said you have no idea on being 80% left. 194kw will be fine with a exedy hd for $500 or even rebuilt stock- Depending how you treat it
  8. 3k is alot- Thats 6 weeks wages for me atm- But in perspective to 80k it really it nothing. Get your priorites sorted first- if other thigns are that important and you dont have the fudns atm then the answer is black and white Wait till your back on your feet and have the money to throw around
  9. Agreed, But my point was more to be carefull boasting about paying things in cash- Espiceally 80k at 22 yrs of age. not accusing anyone- could very well be saved up pocket money form doing chores around the house
  10. Your 22- and spent 80k on a car, Also for what ever reason have made two refrences to paying in cash... what what ever reason? that screems bagging grams to me meaning you should be happy youve paid using money you havent really worked all that hard for- Nor paid tax on. what your whigning about- is the dream for alot of people to own. spend some more CASH on the clutch. STFU and drive that bad boy around like you stole it
  11. I was looking at the ones in the SAU trader section- the ISC and theres one other Any feedback on these?
  12. when you talk about market price of the car dropping - Did you initally buy the car on the basis it would hold value and give a good return? or becasue you think there freeking aswome and would gets lots of enjoyment from it i bet is the 2nd one, hence keep the dam thing and have some fun with it, Sounds like youve barely driven it since the upgrades?
  13. youve already spend 80k + whats another 2k for a Nismo coppermix clutch? id get the clutch- Drive the car and enjoy it Though if you really dont enjoy it then sell- but you would be downgrading with anything other- unless another RB pouring money into any car is usually money lost- Hence why ive tried to do things as cheap as possible- With a few hicups on the way ofcourse and ive though of selling plenty of times and try to break even and forget about it. But end of the day- money not spend on the car will be spend on other things
  14. its 10cm from the lowest point of the car Whats your budget for engine mods? Unless you have thousands then dont bother- Your dollar for power output is not worth it comapred to a turbo car. But if you have the money to spend then extractors, exhaust, compression- Not sure what other really? Susspension, sway bars, good rubber and genral maint should be first on the agenda- But yer.......look in the NA section mate- But like i said- if you have cash then you can do anything
  15. tirerack is good if your looking for the R1R toyo's Come in about $1080 for a full set delivered- Compared to $450 per corner local
  16. nothing wrong with ryco!
  17. i think you will be happy with any of the clutches mentioned so far, Grab what is closest to your budget
  18. ive got the same and looking to flow 320+
  19. any of this have effect on the actaul gear ratios? Also quite confusing finding the corect of the shelf diff for the GTS4. One would think it would use the same at the std gtst S2
  20. No intrest in drift what to ever - so now to suss out the 1 and 1.5 way options and differances
  21. Always serious mate, Cheers for that. Just trying to work out what i should do for my gts4- as the rb26 now in im thinking il require something shimmed up to help get the power down, Just been reading the DIY diff shimmin thread- Some good info and results in there too, I think it could be the go
  22. Has anyone noticed much diffrance with getting power to the wheels with a diff such as a Nimso - Or even one shimmed to specs Helped with traction? The way i see it- Its a locked diff that allows both wheels to spin at the same time- Kind of defeating the purpose of the diff in the fact it was designed to allow both wheels to roate at diffrent speeds. Just thinking from a street/circuit racing point- I can understand for drift single legger would not be as efficent and predicatble.
