  1. Ben, I've got the standard suspension but lowered (40mm I think). One of the rear ones started leaking so I bought BC BRs to replace them. Been sitting in the shed waiting to be sold. I haven't got around to placing the advert on here.
  2. Stratos driver's seat model 3000LS in charcoal grey/mid grey. It has a tilt mechanism so is ideal for a coupe/2 door car. Black lever in front of winder. Comes with air lumbar pump and swab extension via front small bar. Slide adjustment is the larger bar. I purchased new from Stratos in Wetherill Park on 3/8/2007 and installed in my Magna Sports. Upon selling the car in Oct 2010 I had the seat removed and it's been in storage under cover. Here's the invoice. Asking $850. Contact me on this forum or via 0425 231 966.
  3. I bought my NM35 off the lot at JLM. Great service by Todd and his team. However, I'd give ICI a plug too as I had an email conversation over a few weeks with Kristian about preferred models before deciding on the NM35. I was leaning towards a Legnum over the C34 and Aristo until the NM35 reared it's head after a successful test drive with Adam at JLM. Does this count for both?
  4. Yes, I spotted it too? at the Old Bathurst Rd roundabout near the Blackburn Hotel in Katoomba yesterday. I waved to the driver as I turned off the roundabout and received a nod in reply.
  5. Spotted a silver C34 Thursday (19th) going down Lapstone Hill around 6:30am. I whizzed past in a hurry going to Penrith RS for a train to the city for an interview.
  6. I'm in...just say the word!!!!
  7. Theo, I'll be in Penrith next Tuesday do you want borrow my spare AFM I bought from Scotty to test?
  8. Cortisol levels are affected by the time you go to bed. They're at their lowest between 8-10pm, so this is the best time to sleep. They are at their highest around 8am so don't linger in bed in the morning. Check out http://positivemed.com/2013/10/28/8-ways-reduce-cortisol-naturally/ As EvelynCale mentioned above about consistent time to go to bed, it's mentioned in the article.
  9. Would you do anything if you get down on your knees?????
  10. I always think about you when I touch my self...oh I mean my harness!!!
  11. I've had this kit for a few years now. I bought it when I had an old Cortina MkII to do my own timing but never used it as I broke a wire in the dizzie. Temporary repair to get car to mechanic to install twin point Mallory as the wire was brittle and couldn't be replaced but I digress. Kit comprises: 7023 - 12V DC Timing Light 7025 - 12V DC Pocket Motor Tester 7026 - Compression Tester 7029 - Push-in Adaptor Never used. Perspex has been cracked while in storage. Purchase price was over $300. Selling for $120. Contact me on 0425-231-966 or drop me a message here or email: russel_hope at fastmail dot fm Russel

  15. Unfortunately, yes it does. The benefit though, is to constrict blood vessels and close the pores. However, if you have dry or sensitive skin then it's not recommended to use salt (alum) blocks as the minerals used are astringent which means that they draw moisture out of the skin. I apply a herbal cream my wife made or cold pressed organic coconut oil.
  16. So that's what the door pockets are for!!!!
