    you can put the tpms in any tyre - it attaches to the rim i have the oem tpms on my 21" ADVs and they work perfectly all a runflat tyre really is is just a strengthened sidewall - which also adds weight in the worse place imo (excl. roof)

    if you dont need runflats, buy a set of michelin super sports - you'll lose a fair bit of weight ditching the runflats too

  12. warranty is only void if something breaks whilst VDC was off - nissan seems to believe they can drill that far down with their consult III when diagnosing a problem 2010 brought with it the digital mfd, so higher res, dvd playback (very easy to hack for constant playback), nav, bluetooth streaming mp3. It also has auto headlights but that's no big deal. The screen is the biggest gain in the 2010, it really is a richer higher quality unit i have a 2010 and can use LC with any suspension setting in VDC-R mode - im not sure that's possible with the 09 model. The benefit there is you can theoretically use LC all day long in VDC-R on a stock car and still be covered under warranty. The benefit i find though is a much smoother LC in VDC-R + Comfort as it reduces my excessive wheelspin somewhat (at my power level and with lighter/less grippy 21" road tyres)
  13. yes you can easily order them from US but they wont light up as there is no harness going to that light on ADM/JDM spec you have to remove the rear bumper to install them, so if you're handy with wiring you could easily splice into power from the tail lights and ground it on the body somewhere
  14. no issues so far with my power levels - though i do accept there is an element of risk when modifying anything from factory spec i cant argue with the dealers response mate, and neither should anyone here. the car is modified beyond factory specification. The warranty makes this very clear, and if you dont acknowledge the fine print, your own sense of business understanding should make you realise that they have no legal right to honour anything that has been changed without their consent or approval. And surely you dont expect them to touch the gearbox after a third party has worked on it - can you imagine what risk this would expose the dealer or nissan aus too if something were to go wrong again? i do think the $900 fee was excessive though, and ill bet that's a dealer specific issue rather than us all jumping on nissan aus's back

  17. + 1 i dont see the point of making an all round supercar into a one dimensional heavy drag car but that is the US tuning scene, and AMS knows what it takes to sell parts what is most impressive is the roll on 60-130 time of 3.13 seconds

  20. local to me was brunswick living in the cbd, but they've scraped it now i have to drive out to balwyn, which is around 8km, not too bad, gets me out of the house on a boring week night. But i also have caltex in hawthorn and footscray which is a bit closer re mirrors, i prefer subtle exposed matte cf. not painting the insides is a nice detail when using the mirrors from inside the car
  21. yep united e85 is the way to go - which store are you getting yours from daniel? couple more updates. swapped my bootlid over to one with a third brake light, and had it ordered with a matte finish which i left unpainted on the under side if anyone is interested in my old bootlid, shoot me a pm also got my top racing dry cf mirrors back after getting painted - need to work out how to pop the glass out so i can unscrew the motor

  23. yep reads and stores everything from 0kms apparently i removed my TCM module at 738kms and the car didnt move while disconnected - it is printed on every service receipt i have no f'ing idea what they are on about - i did however disconnect my tail light harness at 738kms and couldn't drive my car while sitting in the boot installing dynamat and my 4 tail light bypass kit
