  1. yeah this does sound a lot better than 1 of those proven RIPS motors or the OS 30, maybe you could sleeve it down more again
  2. t4 turbo dominic, direct port nitrous injection saw a 20 dyno plot making 370kw, it's gonna need 100,000 clutch kicks to rip a skid too
  3. this 20 build is to go into the r35 you have? might need some new diffs, maybe 10:1?
  4. ha yeah if roy can't back you up you're boned you'll need a strong laptop too, one that can handle being slammed shut & told to shut up

  6. seems to be some good results with compound turbo setups, bit of a nightmare for the average car though
  7. for sure, pretty hard to beat a gtr at the drags when you're 1 wheeling the whole way with an open diff

  9. comparing the de's, I've had cars with r33 type 25de and 25de neo at the same time, driving them back to back for a while seemed to be nothing really in it between them for power or economy
  10. the cas doesn't fit, unless it's the odd late 33 head with the neo plastic cap cas, coils mount differently also
  11. could put in a 30e otherwise de conversion, 25de seems to use less gas than the 20e anyway

  14. not in vic area, but when car was 300kw it made 4kw less going from a dyno dynamics to a dynapack setup on sae, also looked lazy in the mid range on the dynapack
  15. /\ , would've thought that too but the AEM disc for the s1 probably doesn't fit the neo cas?
  16. if nothing else sensor wise will work disco is on the money with a 26 exhaust cam, do fit but need shims

  19. should put a valve on it, speed flow should have the fittings and valve to suit
  20. no neos run the alloy type 33 CAS,(some late 33s had the plastic cap neo type) i have done a neo de swap because it was lying around using early ecu, ran perfectly, not saying it's ideal but does work, and not worth it unless your car is dead & you've got a free neo
  21. watch it doesn't unload in third!
  22. ha yeah you'll usually spend more on a $kyline
  23. if the std throttle body doesn't clear the 80mm probably won't either, have seen a few converted cars with the throttle body on sideways so the cable pulley was on the top
  24. NA needs the afm more, the turbo restricts the exhaust system
  25. +1 g4, most tuners are pretty happy to tune them
