I'm very interested in one of those seat covers but one thing i need to know before i join the list.

I have a R34 4door, i need to know if they make rear seat for my type of skyline?

here is a list of what i want to get:

-->front and rear seat for a R34 4door (black leather with red stiching plus wrinkle look on them both)

-->extra for door trim

-->shipment to Brisbane

P.S. Plz send me a full quote on how much i need to pay to get them product to my door. Thx heaps Jetdat.

so im guessing front and back are $450 now with more than 10 people? hmmm really tempting...

what do you think:

1. white with white stitching to match the dash and the car?

or

2. black to enhance the look of th darkness of the tint and it 'stylish'

or

3. anything else?

id like white, because white is 'clean'... hm...

do they do other stuff like door trims etc? if they do im guna go white... :D

they can supply extra material for doors and you will have to install yourself....in regards to white i think they do do it but i will double check..

Very hard! Apparently the 32 is much easier, but its certainly glued down tight.

As per my PM, could you please add me to the group buy?

Front seats in grey for a 33 please :D

just for the record, i have recieved and installed mine today.. will post pics tonight :D

and when i loked at them in melbourne, i noticed that the black doesn't look very nice - looks too much live vinal. other colours could easily be mistaken for 100% leather :P

yeah i noticed the same thing with that black r33 front seat at the factory, and when i questioned why it looked so bad they told me that the seat was bought from wreckers and was in bad condition and hence the loose fitting which made it look like vinyl...

the r33 rear seat that i saw and posted the pic of, the black with cream centre looks hott..thats the combo i am getting, if black looked shit i wouldnt go for it myself...

as long as you guys dont have seats that have collapsed somewhat you will be right with any colour..

    • Hope you aren't too sore after that one, might take a day or 2 to notice yet and I guess it is a loooooong drive home. On the bright side, tube frame front end is a thing at superlap, right?

    • The chart of front pressure to rear pressure (with one being on the x axis and the other being on the y axis) is not a straight line on a typical proportioning valve. At lower pressures there is a straight line with one slope, and at higher pressures that changes to a lower slope. That creates a bend in the line at that pressure, called the knee point. If you do not change the proportionng as the pressure gets higher, you will suffer excessive pressure (at one end of the car or the other, depending on which way you look at the proportioning action) and then get lockups at that end. The HFM BM57, from my memory of previous discussions, is based on the BM57 from a different car (to a Skyline), with a different requirement for the location of the knee point and the distribution of pressure front to rear, and so is not a good choice for an upgrade on a Skyline. Here's a couple of links to some old posts, one from here, one from elsewhere. A lot of it pertains to adjustable prop valves, but the idea is the same. There are plenty of discussions on here about this issue from al the many years of people wanting a cheap/accessible option. https://grassrootsmotorsports.com/forum/grm/learn-me-brake-proportioning-valves/236880/page1/ https://grassrootsmotorsports.com/forum/grm/learn-me-brake-proportioning-valves/236880/page1/
    • Yeah dunno why johhny posted that here with no context, just post on FB/insta bro where he put it up?  Laine had an off at T4 during Thurs prac, he's ok, car is less than perfect, they are done for the weekend, he can fill in the rest. Bando also binned it like 100m up the road.
    • I feel there must have been a FB/insta post and the weekend did not start well at all I hope everyone is all okay
