My Gt-r Goes Today... Final Pix.

Well..... my GT-R goes to its new home today at about 4.30pm .

Its hard to deal with after owning it nearly 6 years, but I'm selling it for the right reasons.... i'll have another GT-R in a few years time.

Who else has sold their GT-R..... ? Was is difficult to watch it drive away. Im dreading that.

I'll still be on here of course! Met too many good people to leave!

Your GTR is a credit to r32 gtr's.

I'm a big fan of it and have saved pictures that you have posted in the past.

I still can't believe that i read somewhere that you never "tracked" it.

Ash : Haha yes. New toy soon. Not a Skyline as you know...... but still Japanese.

The Jap Plates are my "show" plates.... they arent going anywhere.

Shes gone now too..... I didnt watch her drive away, couldnt do it. The proud new owner is on here, no doubt he will say hi if he wants to.

Ah Rod, the memories will always be with you (and us who got to see it run).

I'm sure you're doing it for the right reasons though.

Like i said in the for sale thread, had i been 12 months from now i would have bought it straight away I was even considering getting a loan for it...but nah i prefer to be debt free so i had to pass

Was difficult, but as long as you can justify to yourself why you've sold it then you can live with it

Dave, yeah I know mate was still hard to see her go, right reasons or not! Was even harder pulling the Fangartist sticker off it. Give me a few months & hopefully i'll have a new toy to put a sticker on!

James, I must admit I was more emotional after she'd gone than I thought I would be, just felt empty....

Anyway I went out with freinds last night and drowned my sorrows..... Just got up!

Definately a sad day, when your pride and joy goes. Can't quite relate to 6 years but certainly after a couple, I was attached. Helps in some ways seeing it but in others, it doesnt.

I am sure you will enjoy the new toy though, especially in your neck of the woods with some twisties

Edit - but i dread the day i have to decide to sell my skyline. I wouldnt want to see people come and thrash my car after I have babied it and put all the mods etc....
