350awkw Gtr = 1/4 Mile?

low 11's stock suspension, grippy street tyres. There's alot of variables that determine 1/4 mile times.

A few GTR's have run high 10's with 370-400kw. A safe estimate would be 11.0-11.3sec but most of it will come down to the driver.

a friend just did a 10.8 with that power last weekend. Should be able to easily net a high 10 all depends on driver tyres etc.

350awkw should be a low 10 if the driver has half a clue.

Fair suck of the sav. How many 350kw GTRs run low 10s? I would say it has less to do with a driver having a clue and more to do with the fact that the cars tyres and suspesion setup, ride heigts etc are setup for drag racing. Then there is the matter of whether they are runnig std gearbox.

So saying low 10 with ... half a clue. No way thats a reasonable rule of thumb.

Maybe a low 10 in an auto 350kw v8 but not a gtr, most are well into the 400's.

This is cool. Since I have a 350awkw GT-R but have never done a drag race I'll just tell people it runs low 10's when they ask (as they ALWAYS do).

In all seriousness to get any lower than a 10.8 is getting really hard but 10.8 and 10.9 is very achievable i believe seen it done more than 4times!

I saw an R33 GTR running 10.8 at Heatchote on the weekend and im told it was running 380awkws. So sure 350 may net you high 10s with excellent 60ft times. BUT NO WAY its low 10seconds unless plenty more has been done to the car.

Sorry I missed the bit in the first post that said what tyres it would be on, who would drive it, what it would weigh, what gearbox was in it etc.... My fault - the details must have been hidden in amongst the 13 whole words in the post.

To put it another way, that power and a 1.45 second 60 foot could run a 10.3 - 10.4 on its head. The fact that "owning a Ferrari does not a Ferrari driver make" applies to gtr owners has nothing to do with the car's potential.

Your post made it sound like the only thing stopping a 350kw form running a low 10 is the driver. A hell of a lot would have to be done to a 350kw GTR to get it to run low 10s. Your post was a little misleadign thats all
