You say my post was misleading and I say the question posed was ambiguous. Whatever. "A hell of a lot would have to blah blah blah..." It's just not so.

Im no tbeing argumentative...wel not meaning to be:) But if you can come up with examples then i will gladly sit back and start calling all the Vic GTR guys fags for not running low 10s :mrt:

haha. thats abit more like it :)

well i did an 11.3 @122 with 295rwkw on federals with a nismo tripple that was imposible to slip.(need a new diff now lol)

also worth noting was a gearset with decant ratios it has. (1st 90km 2nd 140km 3rd 185km @8k)

so 350 with a good set up should see a very low 11 if not a expencive high 10(stupid rules)

I ran 11.13 @ 128.5 mph (1.7 60ft) the one time I ran my 32 with 307RWKW. Sh*tter Avon tyres, single plate clutch, full weight.

With 350RWKW, I'd expect a 10.7 or 10.8, keeping in mind that you may smash the 'box if you're too brutal.

I would aim for a mid to low 11s pass, if you get any better then thats a bonus, dont get your hopes up for a 10 sec pass, The Dutton GTR has 400awkw and has great suspension, tyres and gearbox has been done. He ran a best time of 10.2, but thats everything done and that is a race car.

See above for examples of low to mid 10 second passes with the power we're talking about. Also, the "Dutton GTR" you mention is hardly set up fro drag racing.

ran 11.0 on the weekend with 350AWKW...but if i knew i only had 350 (i forgot to turn on the boost controller) i would have ran a high 10. As i would have launched and shifted the car a little differently...probably ran more tyre pressure too.

Benm was spot on...low-mid 10's with 400kw

I ran 10.38 at the SAU drag day with 27psi on the 2530's which was 404AWKW. (just for the record)

The Dutton car you speak of runs a PPG dogbox which bring its ET down in the low 10's

    • A few small updates since the previous post and lessons. I decided to do a little interior light upgrade on the 110. I quite like the iilumo items, even if they're a bit of a premium over other brands. You'll also note the Stedi Fogs, that will go into the S15 fog lights as I needed to match the bulbs since I got the new ones earlier. I hope they fit as the body is quite a bit longer than your normal bulb.  Annoyingly, I managed to trip the fuse, which normally wouldn't be an issue until I located the fuse. I can't say I've ever come across this. I had lucked out that someone nearby had a spare, but oddly enough Toyota dealerships seem to keep this in stock. I ordered some to keep in my stash and as luck would have it, someone else nearby tripped the same fuse so I passed on the favour.  I also did a little service on the 110 ahead of some additional work coming up. It's been annoying that Goleby's stopped carrying this particular HKS filter for the 110, so now I need to keep them on order from Japan. I also took the opportunity to install a bash plate and number plate riser. The plate riser is such a cheap but nice fix to help really tidy up the car. I'm tempted to now also replace my headlights, on this car. Both items were from Project Aero.    I also needed to replace the rear tyres on the 110, and after trying to get it aligned learnt that I need to replace some bushes in the front end, so that's next.  Closing out this update with a nicer picture as always!
    • Yeah mate, never miss it.
    • Any going to watch World Time Attack at SMSP this year?
    • Appreciate the correction on the "ground", that will make a huge difference to looking at this. That makes complete sense about AF70/AF71 which is what I had come down to being the issue, one of these. I'll have another look in the ignition wiring when I get a chance next week. I'll also make up a jumper wire for running that AF73 test.  ECU is fine, relay itself is fine, pump harness is fine and the pump itself is fine. I am going to upgrade the Walbro 255 anyway with a DW300 I have since I need to replace the fuel sender and I'm going to upgrade the FPR with my chasebays kit ready for new plenum/injectors/dbw, but I'll get this working first. That's why this is so frustrating.
