Not sure if the entire insertion is missing, been years since I saw him with no top on and he doesn't really train, so no huge looking imbalance...but I do remember it looking a little strange in certain positions.

Guess that's another testament to my argument that bench press is not first and foremost a chest exercise...people without a pec can still do it, albeit with limitations.

My mate has very large triceps/arms. lifetime of compensation.

I've got the same thing, just assumed it was from injuries haha some people say its normal, some say its from injuries/imbalances.

My physio didn't mention anything about it when I was having my shoulder treated, so it cant be that much of a big deal.

I'll mention it to mine when I'm there next. I "think" I badly strained that shoulder many years ago in a high speed roller blading accident, yes I know.... lol

The body is assymmetric in many ways; one of the big issues competing bodybuilders face besides trying to put on the muscle and make it look good. Symmetry is often a judging criteria.

It's quite normal to have a natural imbalance like one shoulder sitting higher than the other. If it's because of a concurrent injury, then that's a different story. But if your technique is symmetrical, with no weaknesses on one side, or chronic injury on one side, I wouldn't worry about it.

My brother is missing a pectoral muscle or something and it causes his shoulder to slump on one side lol

I don't have even ROM on bench. I will be sure my grip is even on the bar but I run out of arm travel on the right (lower shoulder) side before the left.

Interesting. Still no big deal as long as it doesn't cause injury and you have no issue retracting your scaps to position yourself safely on a bench. It may lead to slight muscle imbalance aesthetically, I don't really know, but not a big impact on your training other than what you've mentioned. I have a long pelvis that sucks a bit for lifting with my lower back, as I believe ye olde torque principle applies here.

The more pressing issue for you, is telling your parents you're gay (rollerblading).

Rollerblading was the bomb, a lot faster than skateboarding.

I think I still have an old pair floating around in a box somewhere.

I confess I still have my K2 Moto Xtremes with all of 10 uses on them. That's $50 per use!

Getting pretty ghey in here with all this fruit booter talk.

I'm a skater (skateboard) rollerbladers are my mortal enemies haha

Interesting, Both your arms the same length?

I have pretty even rom I think, one side is obviously weaker than the other though.

I've got a pair of K2 Camanos, used em like 4 times lol. Got em second hand off an old workmate who'd also used them only a couple of time hahaha...just not quite my thing anymore.

I'm with Mitch on the bodyboarding though, holy shit is it the best way to spend time in the surf! Haven't done it in a while though, but have 4 days down the coast with housemates mid next month so definitely taking it with me :D

Currently at 937km of riding done since I bought my bike. Most consistent cardio I've ever done lol. f**king loving it, but still neglecting lifting big time :( particularly since it's been so farken hot lately! :(

    • Ok thanks..that was my second question if i can somehow bypass this even with Nistune(that is all i have right now...aparat from stock ECU. So with some aftemarket it can by "bypassed" or make it work?  I know there is Link or Haltech (mainly used). We have ECUmaster here so i will gather some info about it.
    • Yes. You will need to get the original boost sensor and wire it in. That is.... if you plan to use a stock ECU - even a Nistuned ECU. The Nissan ECU will not operate correctly without it connected. And yes, it will do annoying stuff like you are experiencing. You will almost certainly be better off with some aftermarket ECU, than trying to hunt down rare sensors.
    • Ok so ABS/TCS is "not" the problem. Yeah i know now about the ABS with Nistune(i told that to the Nistune guy) but iam not 100% why or why i dont have ABS. ABS cube is in the engine (always has been) but i had braked couple of times rly hard and brakes just locked and scream. Does all Skylines have ABS cube? That boost sensor https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/367633-wtb-r34-gtt-turbo-pressure-sensor-pics-inside/ Is this it? I need to ask but i have a picture of engine bay and i do not see that (100% is not in that place) If i do not have this the car can do what mine is?(cutting around 4000 rpm) Here is the pic of my engine bay(only one i have) BUT i think i dont have that cuz loom was used from my RB20DE NEO and i know (obviously) that it does not have boost control or any wire to that...) so maybe that is the problem? (i dont know for 100% if that car where the engine is from had that)...but i dont have the loom from that
