I know they arent skylines but they were pretty pimp cars, saw a Black 'Hachi Roku" / AE86 Sprinter Trueno. and a very nice looking Dark Grey Starion in mint condition with polished rims both on NE road.

Today, Saw the Starion Again somewhere in Basket Range :) ....... then later a Black 34 2-door with P plates being driven by a hottie, and Luke in his 34 Sedan @ the Plaza with some Silvia's.

Spotted a 32 on a trailer yesterday being towed by jack baker tyrepower ute at the bp on bolivar road.

I spotted a R32 on the back of a trailer yesterday too - white without the front bar on with a massive cooler hanging up the front. That was on South Rd heading South.

the one being towed by tyrepower ute was brentons 4 door.

This arvo saw a black 34 parked on side of one of the main roads in burnside lol, had 34gtr wheels, looked very tuff.

And friday night spotted VANGE parked on hindley st.

And last night spotted quite a drunk pk blade dancing and stumbling around at flicks bday drinks, was quite entertaining, photos to follow soon :)

Yep thats the one! and a tray full of tyres that would have copped a pounding

spotted a light grey Lamborghini Gallardo on Cross Road this arvo *drool* - might have been the Superleggera from the Murray Walker Extreme Machines display - only got a fleeting look as I was driving the other way - so didn't see if it had the black stripe or not.

haven't been on 4 awhile but anyway...

while i was in melbourne last weekend saw a stock looking dark grey 34 4 door on chapel street and a nice white 33 with the numba plates KILLR33, didn't really see much else while i was over there either

seen a dark grey 34 with a blonde chick driving as i turned onto sudholz yesterday, gave a quick wave and got one back but it was a bit of a "hey...who da hell was that?" kind of wave :)

saw a silver 32 4 door at the payneham road carwash and had a chat with him, not a bad looking car, told him bout skylinesaustralia but he wasn't a member so told him to give it a google

saw george (GT's) pull up @ JMS in a dark blue 34 4 door yesterday too, sounded good, just got it complied and is asking $25,000 i think if anyone's interested, ring him don't ask me bout it though

saw a red 34 today at gilles plains shopping centre never seen before with a carbon fibre bonnet, looked pretty sweet and had P plates

had two skylines drive past as i pulled onto north east rd today, one dark grey 34 4 door(i think) and a silver 33, looked like they were cruising together

black 33 drove past me in the city today just off rundle street and gave him a wave but didn't seem interested but eh...

Yep thats the one! and a tray full of tyres that would have copped a pounding

hehe...........think his overheating problems copped more of a pounding.........but spot on the money (R32_4Whore)

    • By popular demand.. it was a coil. Got my hands on 1 new OEM coil, replaced with the one that made the less noise difference when I unplugged it while the car was running and started the car up. No stutter and the engine light was gone. I guess I’ll buy the other 5 they have lol
    • No, code 21 is very straightforward. It can only be the things described in that diagnostic flow. In fact it has no way of knowing that the spark plug resistance is out of spec.
    • Hi, SteveL Thank you very much for your reply, you seem to be the only person on the net who has come up with a definitive answer for which I am grateful. The "Leak" was more by way of wet bubbles when the pedal was depressed hard by a buddy while trying to gey a decent pedal when bleeding the system having fitted the rebuilt BM50 back in the car, which now makes perfect sense. A bit of a shame having just rebuilt my BM50, I did not touch the proportioning valve side of things, the BM50 was leaking from the primary piston seal and fluid was running down the the Brake booster hence the need to rebuild, I had never noticed any fluid leaking from that hole previously it only started when I refitted it to the car. The brake lines in the photo are "Kunifer" which is a Copper/Nickel alloy brake pipe, but are only the ones I use to bench bleed Master cylinders, they are perfectly legal to use on vehicles here in the UK, however the lines on the car are PVF coated steel. Thanks again for clearing this up for me, a purchase of a new BMC appears to be on the cards, I have been looking at various options in case my BM50 was not repairable and have looked at the HFM BM57 which I understand is manufactured in Australia.
    • Well the install is officially done. Filled with fluid and bled it today, but didn't get a chance to take it on a test drive. I'll throw some final pics of the lines and whatnot but you can definitely install a DMAX rack in an R33 with pretty minor mods. I think the only other thing I had to do that isn't documented here is grind a bit of the larger banjo fitting to get it to clear since the banjos are grouped much tighter on the DMAX rack. Also the dust boots from a R33 do not fit either fyi, so if you end up doing this install for whatever reason you'll need to grab those too. One caveat with buying the S15 dust boots however is that the clamps are too small to fit on the R33 inner tie rod since they're much thicker so keep the old clamps around. The boots also twist a bit when adjusting toe but it's not a big deal. No issues or leaks so far, steering feels good and it looks like there's a bit more lock now than I had before. Getting an alignment on Saturday so I'll see how it feels then but seems like it'll be good to go
