chill out mate. no need to take it out on others.

i ordered several parts from Nengun when i was rebuilding my motor. in total it took a month for it all to arrive. Delivery from japan can take 5+days normally. they need to process the order, pack it, post it. then it will need to get flown over to aust, clear customs and delivered to you. this all takes time. Todd will get back to you with updates. it all takes time.

When I order parts from Japan, I pay and the part arrives 6-7 days later...sometimes 4-5.

It took 2.5 months to get a set of SARD injectors from Nengun and he bullshitted to me all the way. So now I buy from someone cheaper and faster.

There is a possibility you are entering the tracking number wrong. I know some tracking sites are not updated often enough and there is a delay there also.

If you want, give me the tracking number and I'll check it out for ya.

Dont forget that they dont stock hundreds of each part at their warehouse. When you order it, they check if they have it in stock, if not they place an order through the company they get it through. That company checks if they have it in stock, if they dont you have to wait. If they have it in stock they send it to the guys at Nengun, this could take a while, so you have to wait. They then have to send it out to you from Japan, you have to wait. When the jap post office get it they have to take it through all their crap they have to do, so you have to wait. Then it gets sent and may take a few days, then get cleared through customs and all their paperwork. This can take anywhere from a week to a month or more. Anywhere along the line there can be delays and bad luck with certain items.

I have delt with nengun many times and you ALWAYS get your parts, ALWAYS. Some times it just takes a while, but its worth it when your saving big dollars on certain items.

I wouldnt stress too much anyway, you'll get the customs letter to pay for the duty to get your goods then you know there in Australia, they do take a long time but they do eventually arrive

Good luck with it

i recently ordered a expensive amount worth of gear from them with about 1.5 months of playing email tennis but once the goods where active through ems i received them in 4 days time and yes the ems tracking number does work and you can also track it the aust post through there EMS international tracking service which is alot more accurate. . so yes you have to have a very high patience level to deal with them because of the slow prcoess speed.

just be patience mate i ordered a power FC hand controller off them and it was 1 month late from the quotted date they are slow and reply emails slow blah blah blah but hey how many car enthusiast out there use them? so just be patient and you will get your parts :action-smiley-069:

If the ems number is correct then they havent posted it yet (nengun) I have had the same bad service from them but your parts allways arive. Customer service is crap thats why I dont use them unless I have to. took 2 months for my last order to arive 2 months after I payed for it....

Sounds like a bitch about nengun forum ha, but you got to expect it if you give bad service. i am waiting for some brake pads also, they were delayed and the tracking number is not working either. I guess we can use the phrase fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. I will be looking else where in future if i am not satisfied with the process. I am sure you will get the delivery soon but as you or I would expect its a simple process, I am sure that its not the truth though.

    • Hi from Canada, Both of my calipers are starting to fail. My car is a 2005 M35 Stagea ARX and I can't seem to find any parts or any cross reference caliper that would fit my car. Is there a company or a similar caliper that would fit and I could replace the OEM one. Or if anyone knows where I can find a new OEM. Any help is very appreciated. Let me know!
    • Maf is a question mark but TPS  I have set at 0.47, the fact that I’m getting proper voltage range out of it with the key on leads me to believe it’s functioning properly. I’m getting proper voltages on basically everything. I still need to look up voltage ranges for z32 maf and test that
    • Honestly no not at all, but it’s a very basic tune, it’s stock injectors q45 tps and z32 maf. Other than that it’s a completely stock base map. The file is from nistune and from my understanding if it was tune related I would be able to unplug maf and tps and it would still start even if it was a really shitty start. I have tried starting it with coolant temp, maf, and tps unplugged none of those 3 togethor or individually changes anything

    • What does it look like with highway driving? And yes, I had a similar thought as Duncan. It looks quite similar in my Stagea and I have made myself accept it as normal. Might have to look into it some day   Highway gets as low as 10l/100km on my end so I'm not as worried about it being a mechanical issue. More likely just the tune on the haltech.
