My nephew has

NSN-GTR

That is far better than...GTR R35

But if you had GTR35........that is another story.

How is GTR35 better than GTR R35....its not a GTR35, its an R35 GTR.... The 'best' plate available for it would be 'R35GTR'....

GTR would be better...OK?

the two R's side by side...GTR R35 suck....OK? :spank:

personal opinions differ among us all.

And yes I agree R35GTR is better...reads like it should...

Some tosser who doesn't have a life or too much money will pay that is guaranteed, but honestly who would buy an R35 GTR and get personalised plates that say R35 GTR or GTR R35 so they don't loose it at the parking lot or are they saying to people "LOOK AT ME DICK HEAD GUESS WHAT I AM DRIVING"...........

He will most likely get over $5k for them. A Saudi bought a licence plate for $14.2 million just recently. There is big $$$ in number plates the world wide.

Article

"It is not huge compared to my family's fortune,'' Saeed Abdel Ghaffar Khouri told AFP after he bid 52.2 million dirhams ($15 million) for an Abu Dhabi licence plate bearing the single number "1''.

"The price is fair. After all, who among us does not want to be number one?'' asked Mr Khouri, whose fortune was made in real estate and stocks.

lol that last dude is from NS.com

I have GTR in Tas, havn't got round to put them on my car yet.

GTR on an R32 is different, you own a GTR and you are putting plates on it one day, you are not one of these rocket scientists who have a quick buck idea as for a while their will be more personal plates in the country then R35 GTR's.

Who is going to go that R35 GTR looks better then the one next to it as it has a personal plate,

I know someone who brought "2" in NSW i think he paid $750k many years back

LOL!.. AND THAT CAR IS F**KED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its an SLK 55 AMG

It was baught as a repairable write off. Came into the workshop to get some work done ofter the acco.

Came in again for more work.

Came in with sticky tapets.

Came in again because it had lost power.

Within one of these sessions the owner spent 10K on it!!!!

AND ITS STILL NOT FIXED!

They may aswell of payed for a brand new one..

    • I can see between the water jacket and cyl 3 there wasn't a hard line of combustion gas. It certainly appears that the issue is coming from there. Yes, checked the tension. All at 100ft lbs where I set them 5 years ago. These blocks can crack but generally when they have been over bored. Mine is only 0.5mm oversize at 89.5mm. They break between cylinders around the 91mm mark. No sign of that with mine. My gut feeling is the head gasket lifted a while back when the studs stretched and i bandaided it by retorquing the studs. It's finally let go.
    • My Nismo 1.5 churps a bit on reverse turns when cold, but besides that feels like a stock diff.
    • Yes, but, I paid cash and I'm pretty sure the receipt was in the bin 10 minutes after I got home Note to self, keep all receipts
    • Bunnings would have just handed you your money back on that one!
    • So, version 4 intake is on its way I was looking at these a while ago but at around $200 or more it was a little pricey for something that might not work, but, I had it in my watch list, but, I got a message saying it was on special, and I had a code thingie to use, it eventually came in at $120 delivered, so BAM, BUY NOW.....LOL I'll need to have a look when it arrives but I feel it will "look" better than what I currently have, as it comes with a PCV fitting, so I will be able to get rid of the alloy pipe that goes to the throttle body with the PCV fitting  Well, that's what the voices in my head are telling me  Oh, and this happened today Yeap, it was a Trojan, and it was cheap, so I headed back to the hardware store and actually spent a little bit more on a heavy duty,  one that was actually recommended by a plumber mate, a Cyclone one with a fibreglass handle that is actually rated for clay The broken shovel will eventually be "modified" into a short handle shovel
