Looks like a big roll up, as always PP put on a top show.

Did you have a thrash Corinne?

I had to pull out a couple of weeks ago because of my back but was scrutineering and helping out on the day.

great turn up on the grid there

was it a good day for everyone

It was awesome.. I think we only had 2 cars that needed to be towed and no accidents.

I think there was only 1 car that had a few problems..

Here's one of Neil for the group! 1.06 for the record too! I think he was the fastest lap time for the day.

id say you had a better day than me Corinne...bad back or not.

Nice collection of cars to view...thanks for the pics.

Well done Neil with the quickest lap of the day, and amazing work by Chris to drag the R31 home in front of 2 group A cars, a z tune and a modified R35!

What a fun day,,,Chris and I couldn't stop laughing,,,snotting all the mega-buck cars. It was the first time Easto has been on slicks and he was over the moon,,,he"s a great driver in my book...

For me,,,I did excellent times considering the cold,,,track temp 10 degrees and my tyre temps maxed at 32. I owned everybody all day apart from the 1 lap dash,,,wait till the weather warms up.

Oh and I love that asterix next to my name,,,who was the clown that said I would never be on pole???. Kiss my arse sucker.

Neil.

Daaaamn. You're lucky to have seen that Z-Tune in the flesh. Won't be in Aus for much longer, so I hear? I'd rather check that thing out in person than an R35.

Yeah I was lucky enough to spy it driving out from Powerplay when I payed them a visit, gotta be seen in the flesh to truly appreciate the awesomeness. Such a tough aura, shame to hear it's leaving our roads :D

looks like a top day out. ;) powerplay do always get a nice turnout for their track days. :)

well done neil. 1:06 is not bad. now mate just find that right hand peddle and get your thing down to the 1min mark... :D

and I don't care what the times say, easto is still massively camp. last time he came to the RSl he was all dolled up like he was going to the opera. no wonder him and fatz are good buddies. riaa.gif

    • I know people cry at the price of the Getrag 12-14k for a conversion now, but it really is a nice mid point. Not going to get change from 10k on a gearset installed.  $30k++ for sequential.   I know you run the risk of a damaged used one and parts are hard to get but as a street car gearbox its really hard to beat. If you enjoy a more traditional manual, its the choice no question.
