hypergear
Hey Stao What can you do to my old ATR43G2.5 -> Which was sent back to become a now SS2 a year or so ago. if u remember. Is it worth sending back for some loving? Im making a healthy 300+rwkw at the moment. Can you get that close to your atr45? or is the housing to small for that? Want some extra juice for Racewars next year Yes can upgrade few things to make more power. I can't remember what configuration it might be in. Best email few photos first. Manuel Kasko
Any update on r33 high flow prototype? I'm keen to get this on my E85 Neo setup if it proves to be similar response to the SS1PU. Manuel Kasko
From your experience, is this as good as the SS1PUIs it just as responsive and can it make 300rwkw on E85? thommo458
With the atr45 is there a recommended dump for best results? Brand name Bell mouth, China or a split dump? hypergear
3.5 inches turbo back will work te best. Bell mouth. Or 3 inches with exhaust tee. kingtube69
Stao any recommendations for exhaust brands/models and dumps that suit that? I've found the Tomei Expreme is 3.5 from the cat back but NFI about the dump pipe 1 Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/261613-hypergear-turbochargers-and-high-flow-services-development-thread/page/566/#findComment-7652633 Share on other sites
thommo458
Cool cheers, have you got a handful of atr45 install photos? Wouldn't mind seeing the intake setups on r33 Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/261613-hypergear-turbochargers-and-high-flow-services-development-thread/page/566/#findComment-7652652 Share on other sites
kingtube69
Cool cheers, have you got a handful of atr45 install photos? Wouldn't mind seeing the intake setups on r33 Hi Michael, I have this turbo on my R33 - I'll post some pics below. If you want anything more specific let me know and I'll go pull the airbox off for you Overall can't see much so it looks stock (No problems with cops). The only thing that stands out is the silicone joiner and the braided oil line for the turbo. Will be invisible with a heat shield on it. 10mm spacer was needed for it to clear the block and you will need 45mm and 55mm studs if I recall correctly for the turbo to manifold connection. Must have a metal intake for the turbo too. 2 Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/261613-hypergear-turbochargers-and-high-flow-services-development-thread/page/566/#findComment-7652697 Share on other sites
Dose Pipe Sutututu
if anyone wants my #scotty_nm35 3" intake with 3" to 4" silicon reducer & an alloy extension piece (if you are deleting your AFM), it's up for sale soon... Mine's a little different as it doesn't have the BOV return and the breather line it mounted slightly different to delete the factory hardlines, intake mates up to the factory airbox (if you need it). 1 Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/261613-hypergear-turbochargers-and-high-flow-services-development-thread/page/566/#findComment-7652700 Share on other sites
kingtube69
I'll take the AFM delete pipe if it will mount up to the factory airbox depending on price, I just went MAP and ceebs making a delete piece myself Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/261613-hypergear-turbochargers-and-high-flow-services-development-thread/page/566/#findComment-7652706 Share on other sites

hypergear
Results from an Externally gated SS2 from externally gated R33 Rb25det E85 fuel. Note the rise in torque as engine revs out.
