For those of you that have fitted these arms what bolts did you end up using? I tried the standard M12 bolt but the shank it too big for the arm ;)

Just the standard bolts are fine, there is a collar on both sides of the arm that slot in the bearing, they pop out, just run a drill through them quickly, its only off by .5mm or so, and its only on one of the bolts thats fatter after the thread.

Sweet. Will do that when I get back home again. Unfortunately I am missing the outer bolts as I already had the whiteline camber kit installed, no biggy will just get the same size as the inners.

RacePace installed the new UAS camber arms in the GTR this week and could only get 2.5 camber, even after cutting the bolt a bit!

Do you keep cutting the bolt into the thread to make it shorter to get more camber? Are there any other differences in the street and R track version or just keep cutting the bolt??

Im not real happy as i ordered the Race version and the ones i got did not have a R on them after asking RacePace. As I'm in Tassie and my first pair got lost in the mail and waited ages for the second pair and i had them sent strait to RacePace this time.

Any help will be much appreciated

Cheers, Ray

Hey guys, I organised the group buy at aus300 site and do alot of web based stuff with UAS.

Spoke to JP today he has sets of arms currently in stock, I think it was thirteen sets. I doubt there will be another group buy on these so if you want a pair grab them while they're in stock.

You can contact UAS on 02 9620 9000 or email [email protected]

    • I can see between the water jacket and cyl 3 there wasn't a hard line of combustion gas. It certainly appears that the issue is coming from there. Yes, checked the tension. All at 100ft lbs where I set them 5 years ago. These blocks can crack but generally when they have been over bored. Mine is only 0.5mm oversize at 89.5mm. They break between cylinders around the 91mm mark. No sign of that with mine. My gut feeling is the head gasket lifted a while back when the studs stretched and i bandaided it by retorquing the studs. It's finally let go.

    • Yes, but, I paid cash and I'm pretty sure the receipt was in the bin 10 minutes after I got home Note to self, keep all receipts

    • So, version 4 intake is on its way I was looking at these a while ago but at around $200 or more it was a little pricey for something that might not work, but, I had it in my watch list, but, I got a message saying it was on special, and I had a code thingie to use, it eventually came in at $120 delivered, so BAM, BUY NOW.....LOL I'll need to have a look when it arrives but I feel it will "look" better than what I currently have, as it comes with a PCV fitting, so I will be able to get rid of the alloy pipe that goes to the throttle body with the PCV fitting  Well, that's what the voices in my head are telling me  Oh, and this happened today Yeap, it was a Trojan, and it was cheap, so I headed back to the hardware store and actually spent a little bit more on a heavy duty,  one that was actually recommended by a plumber mate, a Cyclone one with a fibreglass handle that is actually rated for clay The broken shovel will eventually be "modified" into a short handle shovel
