years ago i retired GT4 and thought "seeing as GT5 comes out soon, im not gonna play GT4 anymore, i wanna get out of practise and have to learn from the start again"

don't think the new ps3's are backwards compatiable. very early ones may have been though.

The original 60gb is the only australian released PS3 that supports PS2 games.

I have GT PSP to tie me over till GT5 comes out in march.

I think I'm going to get a PS3 in readiness for F1 2009. Whilst waiting for the release I can always play F1 Championship (2007 game) and Dirt 2.

HOW lately are we talking here? last game they released was gran turismo 4 - that came out over 5 years ago - 2004 to be precise... so 6 year hiatus to release a full game
