nyaanyaa all you want bud. Once the front is done, all I will feel is satisfaction when I look at my car... I also take solice in the fact that when you look at your car, all you see is a stoned Pokemon. :D

lol...it's an angry Pokemon now.....so yes still fugly!!!

P.S. Just got the funds for the Haltech!!!!....just got to get it to my account without the wife seeing it now. :D

hmmm i want the flutter but i can just see myself trying to explain to the mechanic there is a chewed up coke lid in my engine....

thats why you put the clamp around it so it doesnt move :D

it works. i did that with my old S15 for over a year before i got sick of pigeon sounds under my bonnet.......

Will be interesting to see what you get.

So, you have the highflow and a turbo back exhaust. Done anything else before the Haltech goes in (besides the "angry" eyelids)?

What was the cost for highflow?

As for cost, it was GCG Turbo's so it should have been as per the quote I put in a thread here a few weeks back. From memory it's just a tad under $2k.

$1760?? bastards, lol, they quoted me $1955.00, maybe yours was slightly downgraded from what I'm going for?!

"Whilst the unit is apart, all parts are replaced with new parts, such as the ball bearings and the seals. GCG also fit a larger compressor wheel, and machine the compressor housing to suit. A full gasket kit is also inlcuded in the upgrade.

Once the unit is modified, there are NO further modifications required for re-fitting. Another advantage is that all factory heat shielding can be re-used, and the unit looks factory. The price to do this upgrade is $1955.00 Including GST."

Either that or the econmic crisis *wank wank* has brought their pricing down, I want you to take me for a spin when it's fitted man! I want to see what the money gets you before I invest in the next month or so.

they surely know how to charge sometimes :P i do have a friend who works there but dont get much discount at all..

i'll get you guys a receipt on my gtr high flows when i get home.

two turbos for about the price you paid for one..

Danny, while you've got the turbo in you hand, could you possibly measure the housing for me? I need the compressor outside diameter so I know what will else will fit.

Im thinking of going to a Garrett 3582R or 3076R depending on the size, external gate to give me more room. (no actuator) They are about 200mm, and would have to be no more than an inch bigger than standard I guess for it to fit.

      If you are Ecutek tuned then these TCU tunes are anywhere from $550 to $700 usd. If you are not ECUTEK tuned, then it gets costly!

      Sorry to hear your HFM BM57 was faulty,  did you contact HFM I would hope they would be at least grateful for the information if there was some sort of manufacturing fault, you would hope they would be sympathetic even if your item was 2 years old if it had never been fitted. May I ask where it leaked from ?

      Cats are called Bella, and Donna...  Like that poisonous plant And I remember your 2 monsters, I remember making a little bit of wee when you let them out... LOL I have already installed cat doors into the laundry where their kitty litter is, and the sun room, apart from the cat doors there's not going to be any permanent mounted stuff on the interior walls (interior doors are cheap and easy to replace) I will get a outdoor cat cage thingie once I finish the landscaping out back... https://catnip.com.au/ The only off limit areas are the main bedroom and the gym room....but, currently the cats are curled up in bed, in the main bedroom with the Mrs.....LOL, the off limits for the kittens to the main bedroom lasted about 5 minutes with Jackie I currently only have 1 free standing huge cat tree multiple level scratching post thingie in the lounge room, but, I will be getting another one soon now that I'm happy with the furniture layout in the back room and have a perfect spot for it

      That sounds like no chance of even importing one for road registering then Now I see why Duncan wants to check LHD rules for Targa...   I wonder how "bolt in" the AWD would be if you got one imported from the US and swapped it to an AUD one
