haha there is some AWESOME ones in there!

I love the twin sunroofs! so wish i had them on mine.

The auto boot closer is also bloody cool! my old man was so bloody smug showing me how his Lexus closes the boot for u... haha i'm like my 10yo Nissan does that what else ya got?

I would have to ad the stealth appear as being well wicked as well (see hey mate nice volvo thread) haha

I love the sticker on the back window, "A prestige touring wagon that is comfortable yet functional"

Oh: and the grille badge, which the is only badge on my car: keeps everyone guessing! Double unicorn FTW! Has to be the coolest badge for a car ever to come out of Japan.

i love the radio antenna, in the window.. love it, makes the car so much cleaner. also the auto side mirror folding feature on my central locking.

My favourite 'part' of a stagea is when the cops are out looking to raise some revenue, oops I mean stop hoons, and they see me and say "Its only a wagon" as I cruise by with a 2.6lt twin turbo

+1 ;)

instead of slamming the boot, just gently let it touch the chassis of the car. the motor will suck it in..........

I have known about this since I got the car, but I haven't ever actually tried it: I've had the Stag for about 3 years now...

and me... I thought it was just an AR-X thing because the car was higher off the ground..

+4 on the suspension noise

Luv the sound of the highflow.....sounds like a jet following me around.....oh and my eyelids....and my wheels....and my su.......!!!!!!everything.

Just to clarify previous comments:

The M35 300RX is 1580Kg with 260 Hp and 325Nm going through the Rear wheels only with no traction control. A luxury wagon with very bad manners! Love it!

Oh and I'd like to add dual sunroofs as one of my all time favourite features.

Twin sunroofs appear to be more common on japanese cars - must be a bit of a craze over there. I think from memory the legnum and legacy both have this option (actually one of them just has one big sunroof, cant remember which). both of these are competition for the stagea.

Mirrors folding in is cool - most jap nissans have had this since ~1989 (silvia, 180/200sx, skyline, stagea etc).

noisy front shocks is a stagea thing, all stageas do it.

self-closing boot is standard on m35 :P

Love the fact the s1& s2 have no door frame - looks awesome with doors open and windows down.

no one has mentioned the removable mat in the boot of the s1 & s2 - its missing in some stageas but it is standard factory equipment...just some came over here with it missing. When you lift the boot floor up, just underneath there normally is a mat that you can remove and wipe your feet on etc. not sure what other use it has, maybe so you have something to lie on while changing the oil?

cig lighter in the boot (also s1 & s2 only).

    • Each to their own I guess  Me, I put just as much time into cleaning inside of the cars as I do on the outside As for getting wet, it is really no different than steam cleaning the carpets at home, apart from the cars carpet dries alot faster than the house, again, I only do it in the hotter months and leave the car opened up for a few hours As I only do it yearly, it is just before I do the diff and gearbox service, so I clean the carpets, then it's up on stands, wheels off, service, clean the undercarriage,  grease the bushings and do a nut and bolt check on everything  Disclaimer: I typically had all the time in the world to kill when I was working 🤣, so spending a full day or 2 cleaning, serving and "looking at stuff" was,  easily achievable, and a fun mental therapy day As for time to kill, I retired last Wednesday, so apart from my physical training, my days are filled with lots of random jobs around the house and garden...."Idle hands are the Devils something something" I am also buying a new house sooner rather than later, I'm actually looking at a potential property tomorrow, I'm looking forward to getting a car hoist as I'm starting to get to old to crawl around under a car, I can only imagine all the undercarriage cleaning and looking at stuff when that gets set up
