Fgk commercials, lol you just knew when 10 takes a c'break that they would all freekn pit@@!

vetel just seems like a faster driver, <3 webz as an aussie in f1.

really enjoyed the team turning down the power on vetel's car to let webz through!

1HD always know the best time to take commercials. Its either when everyone goes to pit or we miss an important radio msg

It was worth at least 2 tenths by driving over the kerbs at the chicane plus the time it saved him returning to the correct line with the loss of drive.

Bigger speed humps is definitely an option, you shouldn't come out the other side ahead.

What were the stewards waiting for? Three trips (that was televised) across the chicane under pressure, the last being blatant, two covering moves to avoid being overtaken when compromised on the exit.

I need a job as a race steward, I would set up in the pool at Valencia to enjoy the view and hopefully the race wouldn't get in the way of having a good time.

just sad your lover boy didn't finish the race

Yeah he does have a knack of making these things interesting, but beyond that? Not a whole lot of happenings this weekend. Just 53 laps of no overtaking moves at the sharp end

If i attended this race instead of the sphincter of the universe i would have been dirty.

Hopefully Singapore brings some of the action back

    • This. The R34 handbrake icon DOES come up when the brake fluid level is low. You might be sitting right on that threshhold. I have been down this diagnosis path and this was the solution (and it was pretty much as full as your picture is to begin with).
    • Unfortunately the cavaet to that is that while any scan tool should be able to read the code, the workshop will need a consult plug to OBD socket adapter. You don't have a location on your profile, where are you based?
    • @Haggerty this is your red flag. In MAP based ECU's the Manifold pressure X RPM calculation is how the engine knows it is actually...running/going through ANY load. You are confusing the term 'base map' with your base VE/Fuel table. When most people say 'base map' they mean the stock entire tune shipped with the ECU, hopefully aimed at a specific car/setup to use as a base for beginning to tune your specific car. Haltech has a lot of documentation (or at least they used to, I expect it to be better now). Read it voraciously.
    • I saw you mention this earlier and it raised a red flag, but I couldn't believe it was real. Yes, the vacuum signal should vary. It is the one and only load signal from the engine to the ECU, and it MUST vary. It is either not connected or is badly f**ked up in some way.
    • @Haggerty you still haven't answered my question.  Many things you are saying do not make sense for someone who can tune, yet I would not expect someone who cannot tune to be playing with the things in the ECU that you are.  This process would be a lot quicker to figure out if we can remove user error from the equation.
