go try some and you'll know... a80 supras that is.

i'd like a v8 soarer though..

supra is nice

id love a jza80 supra with a big single

would be ace

like the one off the first fast n furious

obviously without the gay shit and real mods / power

Will look some soon-ish, just need to contact seller and make an appointment.

Not sure if worth going for VVTi or non VVTi though, depends on the car itself.

vvti is always worth it. better fuel consumption.. but i'm told that modding will be a little more complicated..

i wouldn't know, i've only had an NA.

Alright, will need quite heaps of reading on Supra forums, will be doing it when I finish work.

I do love it when a chef has a sook about me asking for a well done eye fillet.

  • it's a waste of a piece of meat
  • cooking a well done removes too much juice and makes the meat smaller
  • idiots that order well done will then complain about the size
  • idiots that order well done are also by far the biggest complainers about how long their styrofoam takes to cook
  • you might as well go and eat some styrofoam, it's cheap and i don't have to insult my years of training
  • it's hard to justify good money for bad food that takes zero skill to cook
  • 99% of the time after serving a well done it means you will then have to go and get mustard 2 minutes after the steak goes out
  • idiots that order well done are also likely to whinge that the steak is "cold"
  • idiots that order well done will also usually whinge about whatever else the steak is served with
  • idiots that order well done are 10x more likely to decide they are going to change the menu
  • idiots that order a well done are more likely to complain about the price as they are only used to eating cheap shit
  • a well done steak will hold up a whole table and normally leads to multiple complaints about how long the food is taking

it's not just the fact that you are a retard, it's the 11ty million other well done eating retards i've dealt with before you that does it

to summarise, if you eat well done steaks, i can not help you. i have nothing for you. no steak for you.

when i run a kitchen there is no well done. choose another dish or go somewhere else and complain there.

lol when I was in adelaide last year I went to a greek steak house and asked for medium rare and they sent me something between well done and medium. sent it back and asked the chef to shave it into a steak sandwich instead. chef sent the apprentice that made it out to apologise n shit and gave us a free meal.

nga you look like you'd eat it while it was still moo'ing.

:rofl:somewhat true

i eat eye filet raw...

stake tartare, carpaccio or tataki are the traditional french, italian and japanese ways to eat raw beef

    • Possibly avoid using a Cometic one unless the deck/head surface are perfectly flat. I did have a look just then and forgiving gaskets such as Tomei or Nitto don't exist for the FJ20, however the Bar-Tek or Kameari ones look good and might do the trick.
    • Because pipe threads for pipe things. M threads for bolt things. Throw some teflon sealant onto it and dust your hands off knowing you did the right thing, instead of going twice around the block to achieve a result using the wrong things. Of course, all of these solutions are ignoring the fact that the minimum thread pitch we're talking about here is 1.25mm, with the 1/4" in NPT or BPS being out around 1.4mm. You will need to know that the boss you're tapping has enough thickness for at least a few threads. That's one of the reasons that 1/8" is commonly used - because the pitch is <1mm. And why would you look to use 1/4" NPT in a BSP country anyway? Ugh.
    • Just throwing around ideas, does it need to be in the compressor cover? Why not the hot side piping?
    • 1/8NPT drill size = 8.7mm. Since the hole got messed up by me, it’s probably around 9mm.    So 1/4” NPT would be next step. A drill size of around 11mm would be preferred there which is not way of my M12 (drill 10.5mm and tap M12 threads)
